I went in there quite stressed and in a sticky situation. Jack went out of his way to help me and explained everything thoroughly and professionally. A very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend them for sure.

I don’t write many Google reviews but this one had to be done. I cannot rate the staff at Easistore for making it very easy to use their facilities. They are so helpful! If you need cheap and easy to use storage you need to go see them!!!

Sets the gold standard for storage. Big trolleys with sides, generous lifts, spacious corridors, big entrance door, helpful onsite staff. Just nothing not to like!

The facility itself is lovely. High quality, great lighting, good sized corridors, large lifts so you can fit several trolleys in at once. A range of trolleys suitable for various goods. However... you pay through the nose for all of that. I had to leave as they increased their rates by 75% year on year, with no explanation and just a letter telling me it was going up. I would recommend it, if you’re happy paying more than you would elsewhere. It IS nice, but just overpriced and clearly don’t care about their customers... I don’t think any of us have had a 75% pay increase this year!!!

Graham and Joanne are lovely and extremely helpful - definitely went above and beyond! The use of the onsite van is an amazing perk, though unfortunately I struggled with it (my fault, not the actual van) but Graham was very kind to come and rescue me and drive it back! Obviously I was quite embarrassed, but Graham was so nice during the whole ordeal. We had a laugh and everyone had a day to remember! Would recommend Easistore Maidstone to anyone, not just for the storage but the amazing staff!

Fantastic staff and business as a whole. They were always friendly and provided a great service. My only complaint was the other customers. The business oriented customers are always respectful towards each other and know to return trollies etc , On the other hand the "casuals" were always brash, nosey and would completely steal all of the trollies, even when you were unloading a large van or car. The only advice I would give to staff is to use your CCTV to tell customers to keep the entrance clear so customers can enter without the fear of asking others to move etc and to go around the unit once in a while and collect rogue trollies that people are keeping. Again, thank you for the service.

Moving house is super stressful, especially when you are buying for the first time. But the least stressful part in this process was perhaps storing our possessions in Easistore Maidstone for just over a month. The location was pretty convenient for us but what made it easier was the helpful staff. Graham, Joanne and Jamie were all extremely warm, helpful and understanding. Here is what we loved the most: 1. £10 deposit to block a room which was refundable 2. £20 voucher to buy boxes, bubble wraps, tapes etc for packing 3. Free Van use for a day and they let us use it for both move in and move out, half a day each. 4. Value for money - a 50% discount for the first four weeks which was extended to another four weeks for us 5. Approachable staff, always eager to help and sort out issues. The lifts were not working one morning which stressed me out, but Joanne took ownership and called me back to inform when they were fixed. My Bank couldn't honour the direct debit request stating it wasn't set up properly, again Joanne was quick to sort it out. I would have loved if we could access the site out of hours, but perhaps it's best it is left locked securely when not monitored. Overall we were really pleased and would definitely use them again if we have to, and can highly recommend this facility, mostly because of the great staff.
