Excellent company. Fast, efficient, helpful, good value for money, respectful and professional. The team at Mounts Whitstable made our moving day go as smooth as possible. We had packing materials provided and the team even took their shoes off when entering our new home to protect the new carpet. We recently used Jamie and the team for our most recent move from Faversham to Herne Bay. Jamie was extremely helpful and informative in the lead up to the move and on the day. The team were extremely professional, friendly and incredibly polite. They were with us from 8.30am and worked tirelessly until everything was unpacked and put back together at 6pm. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again. 5 star service,value and customer satisfaction.

Absolutely brilliant , helped us move from Canterbury to Hampshire over 2 days. Couldn't have asked for a better experience, helpful, polite, quick and extremely efficient. I would definitely recommend Jamie and the team for anyone looking for a moving company

Great service - friendly, efficient and overall made the whole process of moving very easy. Our exchange date kept getting delayed and we only had a week between exchange and completion so it was all rather hectic. However Jamie was very flexible about the packing and moving dates and responded quickly via email and mobile so it took a lot of that stress out. The quote he gave was also exactly the same as the final charge and was very good value compared to some of the other companies we got to quote for us. He dropped boxes round for us to pack our loft in advance and didn't charge extra for any boxes. Certainly excellent value for money and would definitely recommend them. On moving day our chain was also broken by our buyer and everything was delayed but the moving team were very calm and didn't mention any of the potential problems this caused their schedules! They also stayed until the end to unpack which was about 7pm in the end - for no extra charge. Overall a friendly team and very efficient service. Nothing broken or damaged and they made moving day that much less stressful!

Would definitely recommend this company. Their quote was very competitive and we couldn't have asked for more cheerful, speedy and efficient movers. Even after a long drive from Canterbury to Worcester and a delay waiting for the keys to be released, Jamie and his Dad remained quick, careful and in good spirits as they unloaded the van! They were also very flexible, and squeezed a number of outdoor plants and kids toys into the van, that we hadn't initially told them about. Thanks to Jamie and the team for all your hard work!
