D. H.I’ve been here for 1yr... it could be better if changes were made,
Over 2 hrs to get loaded every night, then after a 400mile trip 1hr to get unloaded while agency drivers just drop full trailers & go home! FLT drivers with no experience in such a fast paced job ( duck out of water springs to mind ) pay could be better as similar companies pay quite a bit more, very good trucks & trailers.
