Amazing service from the very beginning. Quick efficient booking and offered an earlier time after confirming time slot due to availability. Pricing is fantastic and a bonus when choosing this company. The individuals who helped us move were extremely professional, handled everything with care, and arrived earlier than the agreed upon time. I couldn't be happier! The only word I can use to describe the Happy 2 move team is flawless. From the quote to the completion of the service, every step was impeccable. In my case, we moved from a flat to a house, and due to the deadline and practicality, I opted for the packing service (which included disassembling a three-door wardrobe). Without a doubt, if I had to do it myself, it would take a few days, and the Happy two move team did it in a matter of hours, with all the necessary care and attention! Had Simon and his team move our 2-bedroom house. The team was able to come an hour earlier than scheduled, which was perfect for us. They were incredibly fast, professional and friendly. Everything was moved very carefully, even the heaviest items that they had to squeeze through narrow staircases. 10/10, will use again!

I hired Happy2Move to move our furniture and boxes to our new flat. Alex and Martin were incredibly professional and efficient on moving day. I was particularly impressed at the speed in which they carried everything up to the new flat, which is on the second floor and has no lift. Affordable prices too - would highly recommend!

Robert and Peter were the professional movers we didn't know we needed - a huge thank you to both of them, and Manny, for helping us break down, transport, and re-assemble our wardrobe and bed in RECORD time. They were patient, very fast, incredibly efficient, and an all-round pleasure to work with. I appreciated most that Happy2Move have one base rate that covers everything - no extra charges for stairs (we were on the 11th floor and if the lift wasn't working, some other companies wanted to charge an extra £5 per flight of stairs!) First class service all around, from enquiry, to booking, to the removals itself, it was a seamless and friendly service. I was most impressed with the removals team's professionalism and care they took with our belongings. After confirming the booking prior to the move date I mentioned we may need a larger transport vehicle and they immediately agreed to send one as it was available. The movers are very well equipped with mattress protectors, blanket padding, and secure straps to ensure goods are not bumping around in transit. They were swift in loading and unloading the vehicle, incredibly competent, and most importantly, really friendly. I would absolutely recommend Happy2Move and will definitely be using them again should the occasion arise!

I recently used Happy2Move for a removal and storage service. Their services are very good value for money! Manny organised our service flexibly and was always very helpful. The removal team was very professional and efficient on the day of the move. The communication was a little slow at times, but I would absolutely recommend them!

I honestly cannot recommend Manny and his boys enough. I had to organise a moving van at short notice when a previous arrangement fell through, and despite me being anxious (and probably a bit annoying!) Manny was very reassuring and made sure something was arranged for me right away. They also were able to complete the move for me earlier than planned as they had a slot open up, and Manny rang ahead of time to check that I would be OK with this. The two gentlemen he sent along were super professional and friendly and handled my items with care, and made the whole process so very stress free. All-in-all the move took an hour or less (as I was within the same postcode) and despite having to pay the 2 hour minimum fee, both the service and the experience was very much worth it. Should I move again in the future, I will definitely be contacting Manny and his boys again to help me out. Thank you so much!

What an amazing experience! Every other time we've moved, the day has been full of stress and sweat - not this time! Martin and Paul took care of everything. They were so considerate and efficient. We had never used a storage facility before and they helped reassure us that we had enough space. Their name is a great description of their employees - everyone seemed genuinely happy and they took great care in packing our items. +++ Response to Carol Hagh review +++ It was me the customer and your neighbour of 4 years that was trying to help guide your car through the space. Yes I walked off frustrated because :- 1) you were not skilled enough of a driver- you could have driven a tank through that gap 2) you could have used either of the other two gates to access your property from the other direction 3) I knew the tailgate of the removal van was already at its maximum angle given neighbours bikes in position The removal men and service were second to none and deserved our thanks. Martin and Alex were gentleman and helped us, our children, our parents in many ways far beyond their job remit. They did 3 trips and wrapping services with care and energy. It is a very honest company. Manny in charge is very professional. Please use them and do not be deterred by Carol's small minded and selfish comments

My third move with Manny and Happy 2 Move. Fantastic service as ever - this time a national move, so a full day of loading up, travelling across the country and unloading in Bristol. These guys are really good, I can't recommend them enough. I've had some shoddy man and van experiences in the past, so it's great when you find a really good company. I've used Happy2Move twice now and on both occasions they were bang on time, really helpful and totally professional. The vans are well kitted out, they've got all the blankets and straps to secure furniture and they treated my stuff with respect. I've got a lot of breakable things and they all arrived intact both times. A great, friendly service and very reasonable prices too!

Manny and his team were excellent. They were friendly, reliable and efficient throughout; from booking through to the end of the move. Before moving, all my emails and phone calls were answered promptly and informatively putting my mind at rest. Their recommendation on van size was spot on. On the day the two men with a van arrived punctually and made easy work of what I thought was going to be a tricky move. We were moving two people's belongings and some furniture from a third floor flat with a tight staircase on a main road in North London (Holloway Road, N7), to a ground floor flat on a busy street again in North London (N4 postcode). They found suitable parking at both locations and moved the our belongings with ease down all three floors, loading and unloading the van efficiently and carefully. Throughout the move they were friendly, and at no point did I think they would damage our belongings. From start to finish the entire move took only 2.5hrs.. I wouldn't hesitate to use Happy2Move again, or to recommend the company to friends.

From the initial enquiry to the confirmation, I was kept fully informed. The guys turned up on time and were very polite and helpful. They removed the items from our flat, transported them to the ground floor and loaded onto their van. They then drove the van to the storage units behind our flat, unloaded the contents, carried them down the stairs and neatly stacked them between the two units. I dealt with Manny throughout the process and I would have no hesitation in recommending him and his team for anyone looking for similar or other moves. Their services are first class both in quality and price.

- We moved half a mile down the road. The 2 movers came right on time (8:00am). They were cheerful, polite and carried out their work with no fuss and complete sincerity. They also disassembled a few big items such as bookshelf, bunk bed and a double-bed. They reassembled the double-bed in the new place (we were disposing the bunk and the bookshelf so left it at the old place). Second time we have used Happy2Move for a home move and even more impressed with them now. Daniel and Martin were good fun, quick, professional and left no damage to the rental we were leaving, or our new home despite many bulky items being carried up and down stairs. Followed safe measures due to social distancing, which meant I had to sit comfortably out of the eay with a cup of tea, but that didn't affect the speed of the move. I really cannot understand why their prices are so low, absolutey fantastic service! Plus, once move was finished they offered to carry some extra boxes I had moved myself, upstairs out of the way. Would revommend in a heartbeat. Only complaint is that I had expected the move to take a full day and Im now finished before midday with no idea what to do with myself!
