V.They are so very helpful and really do try their best to do the job perfectly. They were extremely careful to not damage or scratch any of the walls and surfaces during our furniture shift, and Jason has a very good idea about manoeuvring big pieces of furniture, clearly from years of experience. He was very friendly and easy to talk to and their hourly rates are just great! My husband and I are very happy with their service, and have absolutely no doubts on who to call for our next house move.

He also helped collect wardrobes that should have been dismantled on collection but weren’t. M. C.I was happy with the service and Jason was very friendly and responsive, however thinking back I probably wouldn’t recommend. I was charged way more than he originally quoted, in fact, almost double the amount expected, quoted £75ph, took a little longer than 2 hours and paid a total of £300, you do the maths. This includes £15 extra for 10 boxes that still has some tape on and had clearly been used before.
Edit as requested: access issues: unfortunately the building I live in has some construction happening around it, which Jason was warned about before hand. I provided clear instructions (maps and pictures) to a different entrance to the building, which Jason found easily. My mum sat downstairs watching the van the whole time to make sure he wouldn’t get a fine.
Jason brought along a third mover without any notice so we had to Uber to the other property rather than sitting in the van. If I get quoted a certain amount I expect to pay that amount regardless of how many people you engaged without consulting me or warning me of the difference in price beforehand. I feel silly and rather ripped off for agreeing to pay the amount requested. I feel ripped off

They came in and I gave them a few directions and they were off. Bookcases, tables a double bed and enough books to open a small library was a breeze to them. They were so fast too. On moving day the team of two arrived 30 minutes early which worked out well because we were ready. All items were handled with care and the team were very courteous and professional throughout. They were also very flexible when at the last minute we decided we wanted to take an additional piece of furniture and have two bicycles go in the van rather than the car. They completed the move within 2 hours which was very impressive!
I highly recommend this company and will use them again when needed.

They turned up a few hours later and emptied my 2 bed flat in an hour!! Not just a few boxes either! Last lot of removal company I used took 4 hours! Although they were super fast, everything was done in a professional manner. They were extremely pilot, very well organised and nothing was too much trouble for them. Im actually glad now I was let down by the others because these guys did the job perfectly. I hope I never have to move again but if I did I wouldn't hesitate to to give JTK a call. C.I always dread moving house due to the amount of time and effort it takes... I thought it would be even more difficult as my partner was pregnant but JTK made it incredibly easy.
I don't normally leave reviews for much services but I have to say, I only have nice things to say about this company.
They made it so easy and were an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the whole move.
