Brilliant service from start to finish! Graham was professional and compassionate and came out to do the site visit the same day, the stairlift went in the day after. The installation was straightforward and the guys were quick and efficient and explained everything thoroughly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

What a fantastic company. Rang up to arrange a quote within five days the stairlift was fitted. So nice to deal with a company who don't try to upsell you at every move. My elderly parents are very impressed the instalation it was done within an hour , no mess or fuss by a lovely engineer. Stairlift is quiet and easy to use. Great speedy service.Phoned Graham and he called round the next day.Explained all the options in a professional clear manner and was honest and up front about costs and guarantees . His team arrived at the appointed time and fit the stairlift in less than an hour! We are so pleased with it, it's made a world of difference to my Mum and ourselves who had become nervous every time we had to help her up and down the stairs. Our stair lift stopped working I phoned Stairlift Trader they arrived within an hour and soon had it working extremely helpful and very friendly in this case cost was just the call out charge. Stairlift Trader came out to me yesterday to replace battery's in my stairlift. I phoned them at 9am by 1pm Graham was there and for a Saturday that's pretty good going. What a nice man! Soon had my stairlift going again. Graham was very thorough really took the time to make sure everything was working before he left. My stairlift runs like a dream now. I wouldn't hesitate to use Stairlift Trader again and I would definitely recommend them.
