Would highly recommend storage world in Middleton have used them for a couple of years and the staff are fantastic. Storage lots are always clean and tidy always have great communication couldn’t recommend enough. Would esp like to thank Alex and Anthony who has been my main contact over the years they are friendly reliable and extremely hard working and always willing to help. This is one of the best customer service experiences I have had. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. I want to especially thank Ellie for her patience and for going over and above board to assist with the moving. There was nothing more I could have asked of her to be perfectly honest. I visited today as I am moving house in the next few months but moving in with parents to save up for decorating etc. I had the privilege of meeting the lovely Ellie. She was so informative and helpful and even gave us a tour. I was impressed with how clean and secure the units actually are. I was really worried about putting all of my furniture into storage as I was worried that it would be dirty and dusty but this absolutely isn't the case here and I have no worries about putting my belongings into storage now. Thank you so much for putting my mind at ease and making everything so easy at this stressful time!! Ellie is an absolute credit to the company
