Cost was about half of other quotes I had got, the unit was secure and clean and access is easy just back into loading bay and use the trolleys supplied. Vanguard were amazing, fee's were very reasonable and the service was great. We had an issue with our removal man driving off with our unit's keys never to be seen again.. We waited for him to return them and in that time we couldn't close our account and return the keys - one phone call to explain this to them and they refunded us the amount we had paid extra in the time we had been waiting for the keys... amazing service, thanks again!

I can’t reccomend them enough - Andy and Spence especially are lovely and really go the extra mile to help out. Great place for storing your stuff. We've used it during our house move and it was a very pleasant experience. Prices are quite reasonable, staff is very nice and immensely helpful. They even offer to bring your stuff to the storage for free (at least at the moment). The storage itself is neat and tidy, easy to get in and out via two indoor loading bays that keep you dry, which is very important in Manchester :) Also, there are plenty of trolleys to help you move your stuff around without breaking your back. That said, the place is popular so if they have storage you might be interested in, get it booked the same day, otherwise it might not be available the day after.

Such a refreshing experience to visit this storage facility! I run a removals business and I had the pleasure of moving a customer from Cornwall into storage here at Vanguard. As soon as I walked into the office I was impressed by the relaxed, friendly and helpful attitude of the staff. I have a caravan on the caravan storage outdoor area it’s very roomy and easy to get in and out and also a unit in the indoor self storage. I used Vanguard for a couple of months to store all my stuff whilst moving homes, I cannot recommend the team enough, everyone was so helpful. they even came to the house and collected my stuff, I had to make 2 trips and on the 2nd trip they didn't need me to come with them and said they would load it all into the lock up for me. Needless to say I had more stuff than I thought and it didn't all fit into the lockup I reserved and they moved it all into another for me. Would 100% use them again.

Having a unit here and paying for their service effectively eliminates the need for a full time employee. Flexible options to expands into larger spaces when required is also a massive bonus which negates the need for signing a new business up to expensive rental tie-ins

Vanguard Self Storage in Swinton Manchester , if anybody is looking for somewhere to store there belongings in this area this must be the first place to come and visit , they have units to suit your needs big , medium or large . The staff here are very understanding if you come across and issues or problems . Mark is the most polite , friendliest , and easiest person to talk too and makes you feel welcome every time you come and visit your unit , I cannot speak highly enough about Mark it is not very often you come across somebody like this gentleman. I have had my unit here at Vanguard for almost 4 years now and last week I cleared out which Mark also helped me with because I was emptying alone ( which was something he didn’t have to do ) it was also a sad day to be leaving because the place is so welcoming , if anybody is looking for a storage unit in this area or even to travel to Swinton this is the place
