S. T.Helen and Darren enabled us to have our kitten brought to her forever home as we were unable to drive to collect her during these unprecedented times. They were professional yet very friendly from the start and we could tell how much they cared for our kitten during her journey to us. They kept us up to date every step of their journey and even after to check how our kitten had settled. All at a very competitive price. So thankful they were able to provide this service, thank you again! Would not hesitate to recommend.

We were not able to make the journey ourselves and Helen and Darren of All Done Pet Services did this for us. Their price was by far the best quote we had received and the service was second to none. I was kept up to date from the second they set off to collect our girl and had regular updates and pictures all day. I was completely at ease knowing my dog was travelling in style with two people who have a massive love of animals. E. H.Brilliant, just amazing. All Done collected and transported three cats being rehomed with me. The cats had to be brought, urgently, over 200 miles.
All Done took all the equipment and supplies they might need, prepared to manage any eventuality. They handled an extremely difficult collection professionally and efficiently. They secured the cats for the journey such that they could watch them and reassure them, and did everything possible to ensure their comfort throughout the journey. Being extremely experienced pet owners themselves, they are the perfect people to care for other people's valued pets during transit. All Done stayed in touch with me throughout the day, updating me on how the cats were and on the progress of their journey.
The handover to me was professional, simple and safe, even considering the current pandemic situation.
The cats arrived incredibly calm, particularly given the long journey they'd just undertaken with total strangers. I attribute this completely to the expert care of All Done Pet Services.
Should I require pet transit at any point in the future, not only would I not hesitate to engage All Done, I would not even consider any other company.
I cannot recommend them strongly enough. They will, without question, give your valued pet the best possible care.
