A. J.I just used Callums removals for a house move in Milton Keynes and I was honestly blown away by the service they offer! Callum and his team took away all the stress of our moving day and at times I genuinely didn't know what to do with myself as they had everything so under control. They were so professional and true experts in their field. I was very impressed with their branded cardboard boxes, wardrobe boxes with rails for clothes so they could stay on the hangers and special trolleys for the dishwasher/tumble dryer. They also put down roll and stroll to protect the carpet in our new house which was much appreciated as the weather wasn't great. Another thing that I was really impressed with is they offer a dissemble and rebuild service which I used for my sons bed and our IKEA wardrobe. They were taken down carefully and rebuilt perfectly and all for a reasonable price. They even plumbed in our dishwasher and tumble dryer at the new property which I wasn't expecting. The whole move was carried out with a smile and also a bit of humour which lightened up what can be a very stressful day. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Callums removals to anyone looking for a friendly, reliable and trustworthy removal company, the service I received genuinely exceeded my expectations and I would just like to say a big thank you once again to Callum and his team! C. P.Competitive price for moving a piano, very helpful in getting the piano out of store, well secured in van and delivered safely and quickly 50 miles to new address without any issues. This is the second time I've used Callum and his team so can recommend from experience.

The guys were always very professional, efficient and displayed a good sense of humour, even when things didn’t always quite go to plan.
They guys put down floor protection near the doors , wrapped mattresses, tv, and mirrors in plastic or sleeves.
It seemed nothing was too much for them to do, working so well together as a team.
They more than once went the extra mile. Repositioning heavy couches after I changed my mind, without complaint.
Also doing things beyond the original remit at no extra cost.
The guys displayed a can do attitude throughout the move, even disassembled furniture to get it into the house, reassembling once in.
The job was done efficiently and in good time, and the guys were always courteous and polite and Callum was always pleasant and helpful when I spoke with him.
Oh and I’d say excellent value for money.

I can whole heartedly recommend the services of Callums Removals and Transport and am delighted to say that we had an excellent customer experience with them. After a lot of uncertainty regarding our completion date we were finally given the go ahead and a moving date was decided.
Callum and his team came recommended by a friend and despite the last minute call (friday lunchtime), Callum assured us they could get us moved on the Monday. The team arrived on time, worked tireless all day, were completely professional and courteous and treated our house and belongs with respect.
Once we we reached our new property, the team were equally excellent. Moving all boxes to the agreed rooms quickly and efficiently, asking questions for clarification where needed and assembling furniture for us. They were also patient and flexible when we changed our mind about what needed to go where.

Most recently he collected all my dining room furniture and stored it for 3 weeks whilst I was having some work done. Callum and his Team moved a baby Grand Piano during my Mother in Laws house move. The whole team were friendly, efficient and offered an excellent service. Callum was great at keeping in contact in regards to ETA's on the day, even offering to come earlier in between a job to start packing the piano early - communication was excellent. On top of doing a great job moving the baby Grand, Callum and his Team even agreed to come back after a job to help move some larger items and stayed late until it was all moved over. We couldn't have done it without their help and can't fault their professionalism and quality of work. Many thanks!

M.We were initially using a different removal company but were let down; Callums’s Removals was recommended by a few people so we had Callum our to quote us for packing our stuff and moving everything. The quote came in over £500 cheaper than the other company and I admit I was slightly concerned but always like to go on recommendation so we booked them.
I feel crazy for being slightly concerned now! Callum and his team were nothing short of amazing; they were all very friendly, professional and the hardest working team of removals guys we could have asked for. They got to us just after 8.30am to pack and start the removal process and left us just after 6pm in our new house, we were overwhelmed at how quick but thorough they were. They had packed up our entire house and garden and moved us to 8 miles away within 10 hours!

Their customer service was second to none and they were quick throughout from the initial quote to completion, which many of their competitors were not. They responded to us and answered our questions throughout the process, with nothing too much hassle. They were even able to pick up a wardrobe from another location without making it out to be a big deal or 'not standard' like i'm sure we would have got elsewhere. You are treated as an individual and not like just another job and never like you are inconveniencing them.
We were short on time and appointed them to pack as well as move us and it could not have been a better decision and was money really well spent. They were in and done quickly and efficiently (for how much stuff we had) and the packing was top notch.
On unloading they were knowledgeable and efficient, finding ingenious ways to get our items into the appointed rooms and out into the garden of the narrow terrace house and in the end there wasn't one item that didn't make it (there were a couple that hung in the balance!). They even helped with getting new neighbour permission to take a large item through their garden and over the fence into our new garden where there was no other option. It would have been so easy for them to say sorry it doesn't fit and leave us to pick up the pieces but they didn't do that.
All of the team were lovely and polite and efficient, you will not regret using them. Wouldn't use anyone else from now on. 5/5.
