Managed to get help from Frosts Removals at the last minute. Had to move my belongings quickly and Jay and the team were so accommodating. The guys turned up exactly when they said they would and were extremely professional. They managed to move and transport my stuff quickly and easily. Putting all my furniture in the rooms they way I wanted it to be. Really lovely, pleasant, hardworking guys. I’m very grateful for your help and will definitely be recommending to others and using again in the future! Great value for money and they made a stressful time a lot easier. We used Frosts for our move and we were very impressed by their service from start to finish. They worked with us for four days to ensure that we had a smooth and easy transition into our new home. We opted for the packing and unpacking service which was well worth it! They were prompt, polite and very efficient. I would certainly recommend them and would use them again.

From the initial phone call through to the actual move they were courteous, professional and careful. I will say this, do not be fooled by the age, these lads know what they are doing and experience is what counts here. Over the phone Dan was careful to go through the contents of the flat. On the day Dan, Jamie and Noel made the move feel effortless. I also booked in the carpet cleaner for the following day, Zane was a credit to the whole process, again very courteous and polite. Nothing was too much trouble. Hats off to Frost Removals, the entire operation was carried out quickly and efficiently. All in all very happy with this crew. Keep up the good work guys.

I would recommend Frost removals to anyone looking for a professional removals company. They were really helpful at providing the cost for the quote, easy booking service, turned up on time. Khan and Ant were so friendly and helpful this morning, they move everything I asked and more. No hidden charges. Nothing was broken and they dismantled a bed and table, then re made at the new property. I will need to move more bits soon so I will definitely be using you again. Thanks so much.

I can highly recommend this company. My 88 year old Dad was moving over 150 miles and Frosts were wonderful. From my very first contact with them they were friendly, helpful and professional. The quote was reasonable, dates were arranged and the removers arrived exactly as planned. They packed everything carefully and stored it safely overnight before traveling to my Dad's new home the next day and unloading. Excellent service, really polite, helpful removers. Thank you for making a stressful time for us all run so smoothly!!

This company moved us on 21st June 2022. They did a full packing service one day and moved us the next. It went like clockwork. The staff were so polite and couldn’t do enough to help us at what is a very stressful time. We were downsizing due to buying a second property in Spain so not only did they do the UK move they offered to take anything required to our Spanish property. Due to lockdown they had to store for us and the removal of items to Spain was completed this weekend. Cameron and Co personally brought our items over. Everything arrived in tip top condition we were unpacked and placed in position including a piano. These guys really care about their customers and work hard to make sure you get a 5 Star Service. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for a Removal Service. Well done Frosts!

I used Frosts Removals full packing and removal service during our recent move from south east England to Scotland and was very impressed with the team’s hard work. It was a large house over three floors and the move took three very long exhausting days, and yet the guys showed no sign of flagging. They took extreme care packing all my mirrors, paintings and other fragile items, and every single piece arrived at our new house intact and unmarked. Andrew in the office did a good job of estimating how many trucks we’d need. Most importantly, the removal team - Mark, James and Dan - were very friendly, respectful and easy to deal with, which sets this company apart from the bigger corporates.

Highly recommend Frost removals. Spoke to Cameron regularly giving him updates on the moving date sending videos over of the boxes he was always really helpful. On the day of the move Anthony, Jay and the other guy (never caught his name sorry) were brilliant. They moved everything, no complaints and nothing was to much trouble after they'd finished moving the boxes into our new home they offered to help open boxes too.
