That was an absolute pleasure to move with Happy Man And Van. Ash and Gary were professional and friendly, we enjoyed time we spent that day. I must admit that from the beginning, requesting the quote and getting the price, that was effortless and clear. Rick answered all my emails quickly and he was contacting by EMAIL as was requested, instead of calling. I still struggle to understand other companies that want to discuss it over the phone. I pencilled the 1st draft with big items and rough number or boxes / storage bags and got the initial quote that appeared to be really good. Later I specified that list but it wasn't explicitly required, it was rather for my convenience. NOBODY asked me to measure every individual box or storage bag - which was also nice. All contacts, payments and move itself was as easy as it possible can be! Thank you to Ash, Gary and Rick for being so professional and responsive.

The guys were nice and careful when putting things in the van and the price was the cheapest compared to other companies. But the van was really dirty so the sofa, bed, mattress and other stuff came out super dirty. When getting to my new address the guys were not careful at all and put boxes with fragile stuff under heavy boxes so some wine glasses were broken. Overall not that bad for the price

When the removal men came in to collect the items. They were friendly, professional. Having a child at school they happily accommodated me with the school run. They moved everything in quick time and with extreme care and respect on my older items. They took the stress out of moving. I will use this service again if I need to and will happily recommend to anyone.

Absolutely the best removals experience one can wish for. It was a freezing cold day, and I had a stressful move to get everything out of a; wet, damp and damaged flat, that had recently been affected from water from a fire in the above flat. The main man Jason appeared EARLY and even alerted me before hand to where he would have the van parked. He arrived with his friend in HIGH SPIRITS, and full of optimism, happiness and actually cheered me up with the move and even the new accommodation. He was really positive, and packed everything in the van so efficiently, securely, and so well that you can see every attention and care was put into keeping all goods intact, stationary and completely well placed. Even as Jason arrived in the van minutes later to the new address he and his colleague moved the goods into the new place, so quickly and so neatly and asked where I would like the items and large pieces to be placed. I had so many piles of heavy floor boards that even those were all mounted so neatly in place on a wheeler trolley and they were stacked up flat in the corner against the window ledge exactly as I asked. He was very complimentary about the new place and again filled me with that nice positivity one needs after such a awful past week of damage from a fire. I said I would leave a nice review, not because he asked me to leave one, but because I know I would have NEVER received such a PERFECT, QUALITY service from any removals service where you can see and feel the main workman and his colleague actually care about making the customer feel cared for and that's almost unheard of with such a plain robotic type of hire service, especially in freezing weather. Jason and his friend were great, and now that I'm settling into the place more and making it my home, I can only reflect on that day a whole week plus later, and easily take my time to write this perfect review. If I ever need to recommend a removals van in the future in Milton Keynes I definitely know who to choose. I will definitely hire Happy Man and Van Ltd. again if I ever need such a service. Its quite rare that a company name which calls itself 'Happy' actually lives up to it's expectations. Jason certainly did. 10/10. 5 Stars. Perfect.
