Fantastic service, from initial visit from Ben to move date. Even when we had to put our furniture into storage, as we had a last minute delay on our house. Ben was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble for him. He arranged for our furniture to be delivered to us the day after we moved in, which we really appreciated. On day of removal all the team were so friendly & cheerful/hardworking. Thank you all! We would definitely recommend your Company to everyone & most definitely use your services again in the future.

Fantastic company!! We moved last week with Ben and the team, and I could recommend them enough. They were super professional, very hard working and all around lovely team. They packed up our 5 bed house in a day, with lots of care and professionalism- our 2yr old boy loved helping/ talking to them and they were fab with him - letting him sit in the lorry and pretend to drive it. On the move day we didn't get the keys until 3pm on a Friday and Ben was great about it- they didn't actually finish until nearly 7pm on Friday! So glad I went with Ben and his excellent team- they were not the cheapest, but definitely you get what you pay for and they took all the stress out of moving.

Heslop’s were brilliant. Fast, professional and versatile. They packed up 99% of our 30+ years worth of accumulated ‘stuff’ at lightening speed on day one, leaving us with a bed, a couple of chairs and the tv for our last night. The next morning they collecting the remaining furniture and moved it all from Milton Keynes to Norfolk. Ben and his team could not have been more efficient, cooperative and friendly. With a 3 hour delay getting hold of the keys to our new home they had a long and frustrating wait following a long drive. Then they were forced by a broken paving slab by the front door to bring everything into the house via a drive way and 50’ sloping garden, through the conservatory and lounge. It was very hard work and took considerably longer than expected, leading to a very long day for the whole team. But they completed the move with a smile on their faces, lots of jokes and fun and with no complaining at all about the difficulty and delay. We cannot praise them highly enough. A great job. Ben and his team were fantastic and made our moving day from Milton Keynes to Northumberland 'stress free'. Ben is very professional and delivered great customer service. We were advised on how the removal would work and it was all delivered as explained. Heslop's was not the cheapest quote we received but we wanted quality and definitely consider that we had a quality move. The entire team were friendly, efficient and nothing was too much trouble for them. We would definitely recommend Heslop's as we have been very impressed.

Had a great laugh with the guys and they where great with our little boy too who loves to be involved and helping the boys. Having only previously used large removal companies in the past I was a little nervous about using a smaller local firm - but I needn't of be and Ben and his team provided me a fantastic, faultless service with the extra personal touch I wouldn't have got elsewhere. I went for a full packing service and everything was professionally backed and no stone was left unturned. Nothing was broken, scratched or went missing, and the guys laid proper floor covering everywhere to protect the carpets. Well, what can I say? These lads were superb! They came and boxed everything on the Saturday, loaded the vans and arrived at my new address, as arranged, on Monday. Poor chaps didn't realise there was a steep incline up which they had to carry the furniture and boxes. It was a hot day, but NOT ONCE did they complain. They kept their sense of humour, were willing to carry boxes to whichever room I wanted them in and nothing was damaged in any way. Whilst I was losing the will to live, seeing so many boxes, they cheered me onwards and upwards! I cannot praise these lads sufficiently. A fabulous service, which I would thoroughly recommend. Oh, forgot to say! I moved from Buckinghamshire to Derbyshire, so it was quite a trek for them. BRILLIANT PEOPLE, BRILLIANT IN EVERY WAY. Thank you!
