Really happy with service. The staff member dealing with us was friendly and professional, very helpful. The storage area itself is light and ordered. A good space, accessible with trolleys and lifts to use. There are customer toilets too. There were a lot of choices for storage, but I'm very happy, I've made the best choice for our needs.

I needed a storage unit at short notice, and having used Safestore in Bletchley before called them and was assisted by Emmie who from the moment she answered the call made it all hassle & stress free, finding me the perfect size unit on the ground floor. She was super helpful and a total joy to deal with. Great local company giving great service. Definitely recommend them.

Very friendly and helpful staff, always use first name terms which is nice, you feel as if you are a friend. Would recommend using Safestore. The only quibble is the prices can be a bit high but in the end the store is very secure. You get what you pay for.

Absolutely excellent in all respects. I changed the size of the unit on the morning I needed it and nothing was too much trouble for Emmie - what a star she is. The place is clean and really well run and cheaper than it's biggest rival so why go anywhere else?

Have had a long term storage room here for a long time (2+ years) with not much problem. Unfortunately in the last 6 months they have increased their prices not once, but TWICE for seemingly no reason. The 1st increase was a 40% rise and now it's a 100% raise in price again on top of that... So I've had enough and left

Fantastic service from Darren and the team at Safestore Milton Keynes. We used Safestore to keep the entire contents of our house for our move to MK. From the outset, Darren was very helpful in working out how much space we needed and access requirements and we got a deal that was good value for money. Just before the move, we realised we needed more space than we booked and they were able to arrange additional storage without any issue (and at a very fair price). I’m really pleased with the personal level of service received and it’s made the moving process a lot less stressful! I’d definitely recommend them and would use again.

Absolutely wonderful team! From when I first contacted them via email 6 months ago to today when we closed our storage unit. The team have been so polite, professional and really friendly. We cleared out our unit no issues and they were so quick to handle the rest for us. Great price for the size, always clean and accessible, parking can sometimes be tricky but doesn't hurt to call in advance for big drops, we've not had issues popping in and out! Security is great, they do regular rounds and contact you if there are any concerns. Highly, highly recommend and will suggest them to my own family and friends. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This place is great with the service you recieve. I am always hesitate to speak to staff about these kind things as would assume you get to be pushed into renting one. But these guys can not do enough for you to help you out. We discussed ideal sizes and when on site went to check the one out. Discovered it wasn't right for myself and ended up checking 3 others. The manager (sorry cant remember your name) was great and supportive in helping me out. These guys are really well priced and the service you get is well worth it. Of you find somewhere cheaper they will beat it by 10%

Safestore Bletchley is by far the best storage facility in Milton Keynes. Not only is the ease of access perfect, the actual units are very generous in size. However the staff really make this place. One in particular Zac Radford, who assisted me. Zac was very accommodating, helpful and is an asset to your company. He ensured we were settled and happy with our unit and would have bent over backwards to make sure of it, he certainly made us feel like we were in very capable hands and made our move a lot less stressful!

Excellent company, with perfect support and service. Responsible with very clear instructions on prices, insurance, availability, storage access, and any other special needs. Martin (Store Manager) is a real professional, friendly and very informative.

Thoroughly recommend this storage company, especially the Milton Keynes branch. Everything from booking to checking out was impeccable. I looked for a quote online in the evening and received a call first thing the following morning to find out if what I was looking for was really what I needed, I spoke through my requirements with Steve and he downsized me to exactly what I needed, giving clear pricing structures and explaining all insurances. Needless to say I booked with them! Checking in was simple and easy, Jonathan took us to see the unit, explained all access details and helped us to understand the checking out procedure. He even spotted us on our second visit on the cameras and came down to bring us a spare trolley! We had no problems gaining access out of hours and there were plenty of trolleys available. Checking out again was easy and a pleasant experience. All in all we couldn't fault the service, facility or staff. If we just had one little niggle, it would be that the units can be quite dark, so a torch may be handy at nights!
