D. A.Storage King Milton Keynes offer first class service form the initial contact onwards, Jen is very professional with a wonderful manner and clearly knows her job inside out, a true asset to the company.
Warm friendly and extremely knowledgeable, nothing is too much trouble.
I’ve found the storage unit first class, accessible anytime with ease.
The only improvement I could suggest is trolleys that have rotating front wheels as once loaded they’re tricky to manoeuvre, even with Jens advice to pull them backwards, which is much easier.

Y. P.Storage King MK are the best storage company I've ever used, and I've tried most of the big brand ones. Friendly and professional service from Jen and David, clear monthly (not four-weekly) pricing with no gimmicks or gotchas, the best value for money on the market, clean and well-lit storage areas and storage units, 24/7 access by default, secure and spacious car parking area, clean toilets, and everything just works. And they do confidential shredding (amongst various other services) too!
I won't waste my time with any of the other 'big name' storage companies ever again, they've ripped me off and messed me around so many times. I've been using Storage King MK for six months and just extended for another six. They're so good I almost don't want to tell anyone about them, but David and Jen deserve all the kudos they can get. Outstanding.

Communal areas and toilet facilities well kept and all year round office controlled heating. Minimal rental formalities with easy in and out requirements. Exceptional value for money. So why 4 not 5 stars? Basic offices suffering from sounds from storage trucks working in the yard and with thin partitioning between offices - more a factory type environment than one for visiting office customers.

We pulled off an impossible move during the 2020 lockdown and their flexibility, accommodation, and all-round expertise made it a cinch to get our things stored away with minimal hassle. We couldn't be happier.

The guys in the office are so lovely, nothing I ever asked was any bother and they even helped me out when my moving house and out if the unit didn’t quite go to plan. It was like having a big brother offering suggestions and telling me not to worry they would help me sort it out and look after me.

We stored our Treadmill while trying to sell our house and received an excellent service from these guys. I am particularly grateful to them for holding on to a huge space for us for about a month in case we needed more storage during our move. We had sold our house but hadn't exchanged on our purchase. Difficult times, but very comforting to have David and Jen who promised they will store all our stuff just in case. They confirmed we will have plenty of space for half the price. This meant a lot. Storage spaces are very clean and there is a variety of spaces to choose from. Great location too. Easy access with reasonable tariffs. Very user friendly place. Much recommended.

R. S.Highly recommend Storage King Milton Keynes. We used a fairly large unit for approx 3-4 months whilst we were waiting for our house to be ready to move into.
We never had any problems accessing our unit and always felt like our stuff was very safe there. The staff routinely patrol the premises checking everything is in order.
We had emptied our unit on a Sunday and hadn’t managed to inform David of this until later in the week but they were already aware that we had finished with the unit and had proceeded to stop charging us which was nice.
I will be back again in the future if needed!

The units are clean and secure and felt my goods was very safe in this unit.
I was able to go to access my goods 24/7 and times I needed to go late at night after my work shift the collect items to transport them to my new home.
