Steven and Charlie were amazing from start to finish. They arrived early and were polite and professional throughout the day. They ensured that all the house items were correctly packaged up and protected during the move. From my original enquiry to meeting Steven & Charlie on moving day we could not fault anything. The price was very reasonable, the level of customer service on move day was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble and they definitely took the pressure off myself and my wife during the day. They made what can be a stressful day, a lot more enjoyable and we had some good banter along the way too! We had a delay in getting our new house keys but they were vey patient and professional. Can’t thank the guys enough for all the help they gave us. Would highly recommend to everyone.

Had a really great experience. The rep who came round to assess our flat's contents was really friendly and settle all my queries (it was the first time I've used a moving company). The movers on the day knew exactly what they were doing and we felt in very safe hands from start to finish. Although some protests in town meant we had to change our plans for collecting things from a second location, Doree Bonner have continued to be helpful in organising a replacement removal for those things. Everything has arrived safe and sound and with minimal fuss. Thank you everyone at Doree Bonner!

After several months in storage my contents were delivered to my new home by Jamie and Liam. They called to let me know their expected time of arrival they were travelling 300 miles. After arriving at 4.15 they unpacked and placed all my belongings in the rooms I requested. Great guys and nothing was too much trouble. I have now unpacked almost everything and there are no breakages not even found a scratch on anything. From first arriving at my house to pack and remove several months ago Doree Bonner have been excellent in all respects. Whether it’s been the removal staff or the office staff Holly and Georgina everything has been very friendly and professional in all respects. If you need a removal company this is the one to use.

Doree Bonner handled my removal from Newcastle to Berlin last September (a few cubic meters of boxed stuff) and I liked their service. Once I applied for a quote online, they quickly called me to get details about the things I wanted to move and in a couple of days sent me a quote. Everything could be arranged via email and bank transfer. They were punctual and packed my stuff carefully and quickly. I could use their own storage service until I had rented a flat on the other side. They refund you of the storage time you don't use. They gave my a good estimate of how long my things would take to arrive and notified me in advance of the delivery date. Everything went smoothly.

This is the second time we have moved with Bonners - we were keen to book again because they were so good the first time. On each occasion, the crew handled every detail with obvious expertise and a can-do cheerful attitude, including moving a piano, dismantling a filing cabinet (and putting it back together) and dealing with things that worried me (such as packing all our pictures, which really we should have done in advance). Nothing was damaged and it made the whole move so much less stressful than we'd expected. Part 2 of our second Bonners move - excellent again We moved into our flat several months after Bonners moved us out of our house. This is the first time that we have had a gap and made the move even more complex than usual! However, it all went extremely smoothly and we were very grateful for the expertise and helpful "can-do" attitude that greatly reduced problems and worry. Bonners put everything into storage during the gap, and we were delighted that not a single item went missing or was damaged. The move in was speedy and cheerful, with regular checks that items were going into the right rooms. The final element of the move was to take a few items to a small lockup nearby. Again, the crew were really well-organised and never lost sight of which items were due to be in that final stage - despite the fact that the boxes were gradually piling up in the rooms of the new flat. As we mentioned in our previous review - Bonners moved us two years earlier and it went so well that we were really pleased that they could do it again this time around. It was excellent again, and we would strongly recommend them. The crew clearly worked extremely well together. They worked at speed but also gave us all the time we needed for the little things that needed discussion. I just don't know how they managed to negotiate some of the bulky furniture through doorways and corners but they always found a way.

Excellent service all round beginning with a visit to the house from David to make an assessment and estimate the cost of the move and provide advice on packing (the 'wardrobe boxes' are a god send!!!). On the day of the move Kevin and his team were also very good. They assisted me with last minute packing and we were loaded in a little over 2 hours and unloaded in less. Thank you for making the move (almost) stress free.

Wow!!! what an amazing experience with Doree Bonner, they have been truly amazing we messed them about with removal dates as sale took longer than expected but this was no problem to them they just fitted us in when we needed them. The team who came were extremely friendly and efficient, we were sending stuff to store and they wrapped stuff carefully using their boxes , blankets and special padded wraps etc This has been the least stressful part of our house selling Nothing is a problem to these guys We would certainly highly recommend Bonners

We had a great service from Doree Bonner, especially the onsite crew. Everything was a little last minute with our move but they were able to find a two day window to fit our 250 miles move in. Our only slight criticism was it was occasionally difficult to get in contact with the office via the phone while arranging the move, but this was due to a staff illness at the office, so unlikely to be a reoccurrence. The guys on the two days of the move, Phil, Charlie and Aiden, were absolutely fantastic and made everything really straight forward and hassle free for us and always full of great humour. Everything arrived in perfect condition except a slight casualty to a small porcelain item, but we self-packed so most likely our fault! We would use Doree Bonner again should we require, a removal firm, but use their packing service as well to reduce our hassle even further! Thanks again guys!

We recently used Doree Bonner Newcastle for a three day house move at short notice and at the busiest time of the year. We couldn't fault the service provided throughout which was absolutely outstanding. The crew worked incredibly hard from the off. Good, professional service. Careful and thoughtful. Recommended. Used them to move stuff from Newcastle to Leamington Spa, with storage in between. They took care of everything at a reasonable price. We emptied a house in Newcastle, stored the contents for 2 months then had then deliver to address in Scotland. Whole process was seemless, on the day the removed contents from the house they were efficient and extremely careful with our belongings, packing them carefully. Storage was good value for money able to pay by monthly standing order. Easy to keep in email contact and arrange transportation up to Scotland at convenient date for us. Again delivery of belongs was seemless and efficient. Excellent service all round would definitely recommend and use again.

An excellent service. The crew were hard working,and were led well by Stuart. The only small issues were that the office team gave us different information to the crew regarding when the boxes would arrive. This also resulted in a crew shortage when the boxes arrived for the first few hours (my brother helped for 2 hours!). They are MUCH better than Britania.

I have already put my comments about this removal company, but am happy to do so again, I have not moved since 1979 and was very stressed and apprehensive. This company without a doubt was exceptional, from the man who came to give me a quote, to the staff in the office, were very kind efficient and very patient with me. On the day of the move, without a doubt the two men who turned up, were wonderful, I have never seen two men work like these. My job was to make tea, they would not let me do anything. I could not believe it on how fast they emptied my large 3 bed house. When we arrived at my new home another two men arrived. Refusing a cup of coffee, they set to, honestly it was like magic. Within a very short time my bed was put back together and the van was emptied. I was asked to complete a form and when I went out to thank them, they had quietly gone, I intended to give them a tip as they were exceptional but never had a chance.I would without any doubt recommend this company to all and sundry, Weill done the Black Cat.
