Extremely friendly and helpful office staff with good memory for details. Moved contents into storage to maintain completion dates. Removal staff were accommodating and reasonably good humoured (it was a Friday afternoon). Moving contents out of storage into house in Box. Billing all done via e-mail and bank transfers. Not the cheapest option but quality professional service well worth the price difference.

I would just like to comment how Blakemore helpful are with everything from quoting, advice to the move itself and also that Kev and Lee were amazing for the removal on the day. They are a credit to your company and the whole service I received from Blakemore's was second to none. Both Lee and Kev (as well as Lee Blakemore who I delat with regarding quotes/information etc.) were friendly, professional, polite, courteous and helped make the move easier. I would highly recommend Blakemore to people and will certainly use them when we are looking to move into our new home from this temporary accommodation

We used these guys for a recent move. They weren't our cheapest quote but they were the only ones available at short notice .In all honesty, we're now glad we paid the £200 more than for Intercity or City Moves as they were amazing. Absolutely outstanding customer service Lee, Victoria and all the team at Blakemore’s made our house move in the middle of lockdown a stress free experience. They went over and above what you would expect of a removal company, even delivering some of our awkward to store belongings to our kids houses. They’ve kept all our stuff safely stored for us while we wait for our next house purchase and even arranged for a car we had stored with them, to be mot’d as we are temporarily staying out of area. Blakemore’s are outstanding. All their team are a credit to them. We have been blown away by their five star customer service standards. Don’t use anyone else. Blakemore’s are the best.

Used this company to move us from Cwmbran to Brecon a few weeks ago. Communication beforehand was excellent . The men went above and beyond what was required and were brilliant! They packed for us too and every little item was carefully wrapped-and there were lots of items! I don't think the men could believe how much stuff we had! Unpacking the other end , they helped us put everything in place and put things back together without us even noticing! They worked so hard and endlessly with no complaints. I could not get over how strong they were lifting things! They were cheaper too than a rival company and I am positive the other company could not have offered a better service. Blakemores also have some of our belongings in storage, again managed efficiently. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anybody.
