We found that staff were very patient with our requirements, as it is never easy when moving to get all the dates in the chain aligned easily. Nothing was too much trouble and they fully understood our situation and were very supportive. The removal team were excellent and very helpful and caring of our items. I have used Chepstow Removals for the past 10 years. They are excellent. A truly family run business, with personal customer service to match. Their packing was very good. Very helpful. They really took a lot of the stress out of moving. I then had my belongings in storage, where they were kept safe and sound, with no damage. My parents have also used them in the past and again, they had excellent service from packing, transporting and then unpacking on the other side. If you need a removals company, then look no further.
