GOOD: Everything BAD: Nothing After trying a few (see my other reviews), I can confirm this is the best self - storage container facility available in Cardiff / Newport area. 24 hour access. Helpful staff who are on site during office hours. Good value, good sized storage units (shipping containers), which you can drive up to. The site is well laid out with easy access to units and room to manoeuvre around site without getting blocked in. In addition to container storage, they also offer trailer / horsebox storage at reasonable rates. How a storage facility should be run. Five Stars

Dainton self storage Newport Depot Manger Paul is very professional and polite on every visit and is always happy to help going the extra mile to provide good service. Also Tim who runs the depot over the weekend is exactly the same with service definitely recommend the site it’s always kept clean and tidy with staff always prepared to help. Would recommend . Because of the stamp duty and house market going mad we had to put into store. Very reasonably priced, site immaculate and Paul the depot manager was first class with customer service. Even helped out when we couldn't fit the last bits in the two containers. Would highly recomend if you want an easy process at moving time.

Visited Dainton self storage was greeted by Paul who is polite and really helpful. the site is covered with 24hr cctv, they give you 24/7 access which suits me as I use this lockup for work purposes where I could get called anytime of the day or night. Paul also takes in my deliveries from the courier which makes my life easier. Nice new units very pleased with the service would definitely recommend Dainton self storage Newport

I have previously used Daintons and always found them to be extremely helpful and professional. I was moving some personal belongings from abroad and Paul couldn't have been more helpful (from checking the number of packs unloaded to adding a lock to the unit) - I would certainly recommend this Daintons Facility (and Paul) 100%.

Rang earlier in the day to enquire about a storage container. Tim was very informative on the phone. Later that day I popped to the storage facility and spoke In the office. I was shown around and was not put under any pressure. Everything was explained to me and I was offered a container at a fair price. Smooth effortless experience beginning to end... Tim made everything straightforward. Sign up and leaving was all seamless. Units were clean and brand new, secure site and so simple to drive straight up to unit. Would recommend to anyone

Person working there was very straight up, he explained the costs without trying to sell anything that wasn't of benefit to me. Showed us around the facility and explained the benefits of the storage they use and the security they have, as well as 24 hour access. Not the cheapest place, but I would say the highest quality on offer.

Use this site from more or less its opening, cant find fault anywhere, 24 hour secure access, 24 hour CCTV and monitoring. Top spec containers at favourable rates, dry lined and easy access from the M4 or SDR road. Tim is a pleasure to deal with and you're in safe hands.
