Amazing service as always. Issue with a damaged ceiling tile in the unit, the team were more than happy to accommodate a move of unit. Very understanding when we noticed some damage to our goods due to a leak in the unit. Outstanding customer service

I have been using Storage Giant for almost a year now and have to say what a fantastic service I receive from all the staff there especially Taz, the team are so friendly and helpful it’s unreal. As a fairly new start up business owner I can honestly say that using Storage Giant has made me feel confident about leaving my stock in a secured lock up unit and I can feel stress free about leaving it as I know that it is safe! The staff are always taking in deliveries for me which is such a help rather than wait in for deliveries, Storage Giant allows me to focus on working in my shop in Newport Market where deliveries are literally not viable given access times. Thank you so much Taz and the rest of the team at Storage Giant Newport for everything that you do! If I could give more than 5 🌟’s I would!! I was let down by a different storage company and turned up with a van full of a flats worth of furniture and belongings in a panic thinking I'd have nowhere to keep them. I was served by kirsty who was absolutely amazing, brilliant customer service and super friendly. She set me up with a unit that was half the price I'd been quoted elsewhere and within 20 minutes I was signed up and the van was empty. She absolutely saved the day and I can't say enough good words about kirsty or storage giant. Brilliant.
