I've been with the Storage Group for nearly two years. Damon and his staff are very efficient and also very friendly. Nothing is too much trouble and Damon will always try to accommodate your requests. All of this top service and at a very reasonable rate. Excellent.

Phoned through and dealt with a lady called Cezanne who was able to help with a few different questions i had in regards to a rental on a van and also a storage box for long term storage. Came in and was greeted by a very enthusiastic happy chap called Damon who was also a great help. Excellent customer service and great communication. Would highly recommend and continue to use long term.

The company I represent and myself can't thank Damon and his staff enough for the wonderful service they provide. They have been a blessing in helping us keep our costs down and safe when we were in need of storage of very bulky items. The truth is we trusted our items to be stored by them because for the last 2 years they kept on getting better on how they managed their storage and when you go there you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. I start with The Storage Group last year when I rented storage from them. In this year I also rented a office and I can said they are a 5*. Damon and his team are highly recommended! They guys are very helpful , friendly etc. If you are looking for the storage or a van they always will do a extra mile for you just to make sure you will receive excellent and professional service!

Damo was so helpful when I messaged him about using the storage. We needed the storage on a Saturday which was a bank holiday weekend. He said they would be closed but he was happy enough to come and open up for us, which was really helpful. Moving day came and we arrived with all our stuff at the storage centre and damo came, he was such a friendly, funny and happy guy. While we were getting our stuff in the storage units he popped over a few times to give us advice on the best ways to put things which was really helpful. We told him we were only hoping to have it kept for a month because we were wait for our house, but it's been in nearly 2 months because they delayed the house. So he was happy to keep it longer he said just to message when we want it. Amazing storage unit would really use again. Such a great guy!

I used the storage group when I was moving house. I put most of my belongings in to storage to clear my house prior to selling. Clearing the house certainly help me sell my house. I used The Storage Group after seeing them recommended by a friend on Facebook. The rates were very reasonable and the service I received was excellent.
