After being let down by a national removals company I searched for a local company and found Pal Removals, and asked if they could assist. I spoke to Andrei who was really great and from the outset. You knew straight away that he puts the customers needs first. His communication was excellent and made sure that I was kept up to date with the whole process and a competitive quotation was quickly sent to me. On the move day the guys worked tirelessly and carefully to move all of my belongings to the vehicle. I have a lot of very fragile and heavy scientific equipment and was nervous about it being moved but they loaded it with the utmost care. At my request they also provided me with some boxes as I had run out of them, and the boxes were very sturdy and high quality, they even packed some items for me as I still had some items unpacked on move day. Once we arrived at the destination I met with the MD Iulian who made sure that everything was delivered smoothly. The team quickly and carefully put everything into the house, put protection on the stair carpet and even assembled some of the furniture. All of the items arrived safely and nothing was damaged, lost or broken. They are a really great removals company and I would recommend them without reservation.
