The whole process from initial contact and quotation, to the final move day was friendly, efficient and stress free with any queries answered. On the move day, a thoroughly fantastic team of chaps on the day, even given the heavy rain! Everything was protected and moved carefully and really felt that Nick goes the extra mile. From first phone call to final box collection - absolutely brilliant! We had not moved house for 34 years and had never used a removal company so were feeling a little nervous about the process. The response to my first phone call was so welcoming and helpful that I was immediately at ease. The visit and preparation of the quotation was thorough and clear with no sense of pressure; all my questions were answered . The packing was completed quickly, efficiently and with no fuss. Removal day was equally effective, both loading and unloading, and I felt very well-supported when there was an unexpected delay in access to the keys of the new property. Throughout the process, the friendly team were so respectful and helpful towards my husband, who is disabled. Louise, Nick and his colleagues were all absolutely outstanding and I can recommend them with absolutely no reservations.

Nick and his team - ‘H’, Scott and James (and Louise in the office) were amazing from start to finish. They were totally professional, friendly and courteous and also very funny. We have had many nightmare moves in the past but they made ours completely stressless. The packing service was excellent, everything went into the right rooms and not a single item was broken, damaged or even scuffed. There is not one negative we can think of! I highly recommend this company. If there were 10 stars, they would get them!

Nick and his team were excellent in moving our family of four. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were slick, quick, professional, polite and really friendly. They took great care 2 make sure that the furniture was put together properly and that the children’s rooms ‘made sense’. We had some heavy planters which were no trouble to them to move as well as a hot tub, and they arranged another specialist company to move that - really carefully. Using them was completely stress free, which is so rare to say about anything to do with moving house !!! They helped with tips, advice and the all important boxes for months before hand and after! The only reason we would not recommend them again is that there might be too booked up for when we next need them!! Couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you for taking care of us.

What can I say. Nick and his team completed a 2 phased office move for us. Each phase went without a glitch. All the guys were efficient, professional, caring, well organised and hard working. Nick and his team were amazing. We had been let down by another company and they saved the day. Our move had dragged on for nearly 10 months and we were exhausted with the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble for Nick and his team. They packed everything up the day before the move. Arrived in good time on the day of the move with two vans and a team of three who worked tirelessly and got us moved out on time. Even though the people that we'd bought form were still in our new house Nick and his team worked skilfully and with great diplomacy to get us moved in. We have no hesitation in recommending Pro Move Relocation Ltd. They are excellent in every way.

From the outset Nick and his team were absolutely amazing. Louise on the initial call, Nick arrived at property to plan the requirements. We opted for the packing service. Everything from start to finish from initial interaction to finalised Delivery I couldn't fault. They even did a repair Job for my wifes Aunt at our new property. Moreover Nick advised that we had been overcharged based on his original costing and reimbursed immediately. Even though I would happily given him the extra. I am by nature extremely hard to please. However the integrity desire to help and just general good old fashioned service as in nothing was an isssue speaks volumes I would definitely recommend- Thomas

Nick & his team? AMAZING! This was our first time using a removal company to move house & we would use them again in a heartbeat. We were amazed how quickly they packed our house up. This was no “shoddy” job either. All our photos, fragile items & homely belongings were packaged brilliantly. Furniture dismantled & reassembled at the other end. The team we had were fantastic. A group of really friendly, funny individuals that made our house move such a stress free, exciting experience. If you are moving home & considering a removal company, this is the company for you! We honestly can’t thank Nick and his team enough !! The day before our move we thought myself and my husband were going to have to do it all ourselves !! Nick was amazing and shuffled things around and he came to our rescue !! All the team were super helpful, professional and friendly !! From start to finish, the service was awesome. Nick went out of his way to fit our move in at late notice. We opted for the extra packing service and were so glad we did. The guys arrived bang on time and the stuff was packed incredibly well. Protective floor coverings were laid down and in general the lads were really cautious which set them apart from other removal companies we've used in the past. On the day of moving the team were efficient, polite and took extreme care with our possessions and also reassembled beds the other end. Moving houses has got to be one of the most stressful things in life, but using Nick and his family run business made it so much less painful. Recently used Pro-Move for our move to Somerset from Northampton. We were a bit concerned as our possessions were going to have to go in to storage for a couple of months first, no need to have worried atall, from the very beginning we had total confidence in Nick and his team at Pro-move. Any queries or questions were answered and covered. On move out date, the Teams friendliness and total professionalism in packing, made the day easy. Nothing was too much. Anything extra we asked for or needed was dealt with with ease. That involved having to collect all our plants from a friends address to bring down to us separately to our household items. Communication was excellent throughout, and they were always very reliable in getting back to me. They took all of the stress out of moving and nothing seemed too much trouble for them. As most of our furniture is fairly new I was apprehensive about it getting damaged during the move. They certainly knew what they were doing and used protector covers on our furniture as well as the carpet and doors. If I were to move house again I wouldn’t think twice about using this friendly and professional company again.

A great part of the move is that Nick arranges to set up the beds immediately so we had somwehere to sleep that night :). There were three beds, two of which were wooden type construction.
