Outstanding service from the Vantasic team last week when moving house. Vantastic provided a completely transparent and honest service with excellent communication right from the get go. The whole team where friendly, humorous and hard working. Nothing was to much trouble for the team who even helped with loading and unloading of our personal vehicles. Using the Vantastic team made for a really positive and enjoyable moving day. I am really glad we used Vantastic and couldn’t have asked for a better service.

Great service from Vantastic today. Excellent communication from the start and I was impressed by the service. I wanted a convenient no hassle service to do a quick move. I cannot recommend Vantastic Movers highly enough and there really are not enough superlatives to describe their service! They have moved me 3 times and my best friend once and I can honestly not fault a single aspect of any of the 4 moves. Friendly, punctual, uber-polite, professional, they will go the extra mile and then another 10 extra after that one! My 1st move with them was in, what can only be described, as a monsoon; they didn't bat an eyelid, didn't ask to wait for the rain to ease, just carried on, soaked to the skin, with good humour. The 2nd move was mid winter, and the 4th was on the day we had a storm predicted, genuinely, but I knew that even storm Dennis wouldn't stop them; they would be there, 10am, they would move me, storm or no storm, I trusted that, I knew that. I have mental health issues and moving is awful and difficult for me, the 1st move I asked if I could help getting the boxes out to the van (to keep me occupied), and was told to do whatever I needed to, to help make the move easier on myself. Unbelievable levels of care with your possessions, be it a £10 junky table or your £100 stereo, they are so professional. If you need to move and you take my advice and use the Vantastic team, you WILL be on here struggling to describe how amazing they are too. Vantastic, thank you, for all my moves, you've made terrifying days into bearable, do-able days, with some laughs along the way. Win-biscuits with awesome-sauce, that's what you are :)

Adrian and his team have been incredibly helpful. Due to sad circumstances my brother (who lives in Wales ) and I (living in Sussex) needed to arrange the sale and clearance of our Mother's house (in Norfolk) and with the current Covid lockdown we were not able to organise this locally. Luckily we found VANTASTIC, who are in fact, utterly fabulous. Adrian organised everything without us needing to be there, and set up a WhatsApp group to communicate with us - sending photos and videos of the contents of the house so we could easily determine which items were to be removed (to Sussex) and which were to be cleared. His quote was very acceptable and he was able to schedule the move within 2 weeks. They carefully packed all the delicate things and made many helpful suggestions as we went along. I would thoroughly recommend VANTASTIC for anyone wanting removals from Norfolk - to anywhere in the world.

Adrian and Paddy helped move some large items from one house to another. Very professional, amiable and efficient service. They have everything you would expect from a large removal company from door protectors to mattress bags and chair bags with the ethos of a family business. From start to finish, Vantastic Movers were fantastic when I booked them to collect a new sofa from a London store and deliver it to Dereham. Adrian is very efficient and organised and answered my initial enquiries very promptly; when he picked up the sofa he rang to let me know he'd got it and gave me an idea of his expected time of arrival. He rang again when he was an hour from Dereham and arrived bang on time. Adrian and Chris managed to get our very large, cumbersome and heavy old sofa through a very awkward space and managed to make it look effortless. They then brought in our new sofa, unwrapped it, put the legs on and took the wrapping away. They are very cheerful, considerate and polite young men who obviously take great pride in their work. Vantastic Movers offer an excellent service at competitive rates. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and I would definitely go straight to them for removals/deliveries etc.

Moving twice in a year should have been stressful, but with these guys at my side the actual moving was bliss once again. Always so careful with my things and so joyful to be doing their work.
