5 Star Service Second to None!! We have the highest praise for the whole team at Doree Bonner who are professional, friendly and very helpful, not to mention hard working. All our dealings with Doree to date have been dealt with very efficiently and effectively. From Chris’ repeat and informative visits (when we changed our mind about items to be shipped), to Emma and Natalie’s very swift (and often late at night) responses. Nothing has been a problem. The packing team lead by Ashley, continued to uphold this outstanding level of service. You could not have asked for a more professional, hardworking and friendly bunch of guys who were extremely respectful at all times and did an incredible job. Thank you Ashley, Tom, Shane, Mason and Pete for putting up with us for 4 long days!! We have every confidence that our goods will arrive safely and on time; we just wish Ashley and the team were going to be there to help us the other end! I looked at a number of removal companies to help me organise my move from the United Kingdom to Australia. Doree Bonner were by far the easiest to get a quote from and even sent some to do the quote in person for free. The packaging team arrived on time and packed everything for me which was great. Selecting Doree Bonner International was the best decision we made when selecting a moving company. Our move was delayed by one month and the team were excellent. From the head office staff to our moving team - the service was brilliant and all with a smile! Our moving team arrived the day before our move to start packing and storing our belongings ahead of our move date the next day. With moving into a brand new house - we were worried about flooring and walls being marked - this was something we didn't need to worry about at all. The team entered our house, protected all our floors and walls and you wouldn't have known everything had been moved in. The guys were great - professional and so helpful. We used Doree Bonner to move our belongings from the UK to Adelaide in August 2018. After doing quite a bit of internet research and receiving several quotes, we chose Doree Bonner because of other good reviews and that they were very reasonably priced in comparison to other companies. Another major factor was because they use Grace Removals out in Australia, who we have previously used and we were really pleased with their service. The day of the move went really smoothly, two guys (Mason and Lee) completed the move, they were fantastic, arrived on time, very polite and careful with our belongings. They laid out sheets of fabric to protect our carpets and were also very careful with removing the washing machine so as not to damage our kitchen floor. They packed up everything in really good time and took it to the port, where it was promptly shipped, on time and to budget, as per schedule in a shared container. Emma at the Head Office has also been really good at keeping us up to date with our shipment and providing information throughout the process. From our experience, we cannot recommend them enough, they took all the stress out of a massive part of the emigration process.

Doree Bonner provided an excellent service from start to finish. David who came to the house to provide the quote provided all of the information needed and a very comprehensive plan. On the day he also came to check how things were going. Jade in the office was also very helpful in providing information when needed and arranging the delivery of the boxes at short notice. On the two days of the move the team were fantastic. Extremely efficient and helpful and removed everything from our 4 bedroom house in less than 3 hours. The following day everything was delivered and assembled in the same time with no damage to any items. The team were very patient to persist with items that were difficult to fit into the house and were very friendly and helpful, ensuring everything was where we wanted. I would hesitate to recommend this company and would definitely use them for any future moves .

Outstanding service from start to finish. So pleased we went with these guys. We were quoted over double by Pickford and told we would require a full container. In reality we only required just over half a container and were actually able to take more stuff than we originally planned. Nothing was too much trouble for the guys who came to pack, they worked like dogs all day but never moaned or complained when we gave them more and more stuff to pack. I didn’t deal with the office staff my wife did that, she is notoriously hard to please but couldn’t find fault. For a stress free day making cups of tea whilst watching your stuff being respectfully packed I would highly recommend using Doree Bonner. 10/10

I have moved several times over the last few years but this is the first time I have used Doreebonner. I really wish I had used them on every other occasion. Every aspect of their service was excellent. Their office staff reply quickly to emails, are polite, pleasant and helpful on the phone and if they say they’ll do something, they do it! Their assessor was punctual, courteous and very thorough. Everything was recorded electronically and all my questions were answered in the verbal summary he gave of how the moving day would pan out. On the day itself the 3 man team arrived early and got underway immediately. They were efficient, made sure everything was protected as the assessor had described and actually appeared to enjoy what they were doing, their camaraderie was a pleasure to see. The 3 of them even managed what was really a 4 man lift with no complaint. They arrived at our new house before us and were underway as soon as we opened the door. The unloading dragged on beyond what should have been their finish time but their demeanour never changed and there was no sense of rushing to finish and the carelessness that goes with it. And the cost of all this excellence? The cheapest price I got from anyone. I really cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have recently used the Nottingham branch for my move to Sydney. Sam has been incredibly patient while I’ve been waiting for my visa and nothing has been too much trouble. I contacted him on 2 separate occasions to add further boxes and my bike to my shipment which he responded too immediately and arranged collection to my convenience. If I decide to stay in Sydney permanently, there is no question about using Doree Bonner to ship the rest of our belongings. I would recommend them 100%.

Very impressed from start to finish. Sam arranged to come out to quote at a time that fitted around my work, Emma remained patient with the chopping and changing of delivery dates and Jimmy and his team executed my move seamlessly and patiently even when my sellors were not aware they had to vacate the property on exchange day!! Torrential rain during delivery but the team stopped to replace carpet protectors that had gotten wet and left everything delivered as planned with no complaints from them about the less than ideal conditions. I'm glad we went with DB, couldn't fault it.

Considering we moved on the worst week of the year and under a snow storm - The moving team turned up on time, were polite, helpful and professional throughout. I recently used Doree Bonner International for my move to New Zealand. From the first moment of contact to the final stage all i can say is good things. My initial quote was with Sam Toole who came to my home and not only gave me an accurate quote but also eased my mind with the questions i had and gave me vital information i never even considered. The day of the move was fantastic, the team leader pete turned up with 2 other guys and wrapped up all my belongings with the greatest of care. Even the after service was good with Sam staying in contact with me with regards my shipping date as i was using a shared container. I will definitely recommend Doree Bonner to anyone that asks in the future and i hope the management know how lucky they are to have Sam, Pete and the other boys on their books! They are a credit to the business and should recieve the credit they deserve!!!

Used for a local move 7 miles. From start to finish a truly professional job. Initial meeting at house made us feel these were the people we could trust. Much more thorough than the other 3 companies we had quote. On move day they did everything they initially told us on our move plan. We were a bit worried at first as we left everything to them to pack. But the service provided was excellent. The guys doing the packing and moving were very professional and pleasent. And all went without any hitches. We had one minor breakage (a picture frame) came and told us straight away. Would definitely recommend well worth the little bit extra for piece of mind

Well what can I say, other than thank you for saving the day. Back in DECEMBER unable to move into my new place (due to incompetent solicitors) these guys were very very patient, organised a contingency storage plan at a very reasonable weekly rate, we're most accommodating with me turning up at the depot to request access to essential items, offered me tea and made me laugh about what was a difficult time. Five months later Ashley, Shane and Shane all great guys delivered my worldly possessions back to me, all present and correct and not one thing broken!!! On our recent house move DB provided a first rate service from start to finish. They confirmed my first impressions of a professionally well organised team from the moment they arrived and their work throughout the day(s) gave no reason for this to change. The team arrived on time and starting immediately despite the atrocious conditions. During the day the team worked with a cheery courteous disposition and nothing seemed to phase them, such as providing us with additional packing materials; increasing the protection of fragile items before loading; providing covers for soft furnishing that fully protected them from both the elements and potential issues in transit; highlighting any potential issues on the state of our possessions before moving them so we were we were fully all aware of the condition thus minimising potential issues after unloading. The guys managed to complete the complex jenga puzzle of loading all our worldly goods into the removal van which given the amount of things we had I was sure wouldn't fit into just one vehicle at start of the day. Unloading two days later as planned was just as efficient as loading. The guys turned up on time with the same positive attitude. Despite having one man less the guys worked throughout the day and moved my possessions into the house navigating the steep narrow entrance stairs outside the house and the sharp turns on internal stairs making it all seem so easy. Given the guys got another soaking during the unloading, all I would say is we were very impressed Overall we do not think that we could have got a better service from anyone else. We will have no hesitation in asking for them again when we have to move out of our rented accommodation in a few months time into our permanent home
