Fantastic facility for personal / business storage with easy accessibility from different regions within the City. Secure, clean and spacious storage units at competitive prices. The staff are professional, knowledgeable and friendly, accommodated to my specific needs and requirements, despite being given short notice by myself they managed to provide me with a unit for my exact dates. Jordan was particularly helpful, provided excellent advice on getting the correct storage unit size and even allowed me to view different sized spaces to ease my mind. He made the whole process from our initial discussions to the very end a pleasent and easy experience. Upon arrival Jordan provided me with a demonstration of how to use facility / the best possible routes to navigate to my unit to ensure my move was less stressful and time consuming. I would happily use their facilities again.

Wow, what friendly staff. Lee was so kind and helpful, he went above and beyond for us when we moved in (which can be very stressful) and we want to say a massive THANK YOU. Every time I've been back since the staff are so friendly and always willing to help. The unit itself is easy to navigate after having the initial induction, and there's so many things around that makes moving stuff in very easy and (almost) stress free! 10/10 would recommend

Phoned up on behalf of my work (Podders) to get some boxes and bubble wrap, spoke to Jade, highly recommend to anyone that needs boxes tape or any requirements for moving or for selling goods. Jade took her time and went through all the measurements of the boxes and was so helpful, fantastic customer service skills and very welcoming to talk to, we bought a large value pack and it’s definitely worth the money, we will be using these again
