We can’t thank Mick and Mark enough for their help moving our hot tub today after moving house. Not only were they professional, friendly and efficient but what they hadn’t do to get our tub into the garden was unbelievable. They had to go through two other properties, up stairs, around tight corners and to top it off, when the tub was in place Mark suggested we move it a little further down the garden to make it more accessible - I would have asked but didn’t have the heart to after everything they had done but nothing was too much bother for them. Two really nice guys who I would fully recommend to anyone wanting to move their tub. Have a great weekend and a well deserved rest! Thank you, Ben & Ellen Roberts.

Having used Transport a Tub last year to put tub into storage whilst landscaping was undertaken. I had no hesitation in using them again to bring the tub back today. Lewis and Neil phoned to give an estimated time of arrival and turned up right on the time advised. Great couple of guys who were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient, took care of the tub and got the job done with minimum fuss and a pleasure to deal with. Cannot recommend high enough and if you are needing a hot tub moving then I would highly reccomend.

can not fault this business at all - From the initial call to completion they were all so professional, polite and efficient. Customer service guys were very polite and worked with my time frame. Robert and Mark arrived and removed the hot tub, wrapping it up first. We had to go via our neighbours garden to exit. Robert and Mark went beyond their duty, as a fence post and gate had to be removed for access to the new house. They did it all - I didn't have to lift a finger. I had a Hot Tub that needed to be disposed of as I no longer wanted it. I initially contacted my local dealerships in Norfolk and they only wanted to know if I was going to buy a new one from them. I found Transport-a-Tub on the internet and contacted them. From my initial contact to collection the service I received was excellent. The staff at the office were cheerful and helpful. The two men that collected were excellent. The cost for collection and disposal was a fixed price and n my opinion was very good.

Great service from start to finish. Had shopped around for the moving of a hot tub and Transport a tub were the best hands down. Molly was really helpful during the planning of the move and suggested with the sharing of videos the best way to get the tub out. On moving day, the movers called as promised to give a timeslot and got the tub from A-B - this wasn't a easy move (fence panels had to come down and it was a tight squeeze out of a narrow passage way! A+++ service couldn't recommend enough! And to top it all off they sorted out a fantastic deal on chemical and maintenance kit!

The whole experience from start to finish was like an Oceans 11 bank job, perfectly executed. Molly in the office sorted all the logistics and keep the whole operation running like clockwork.. The boys arrived at the pick up,wrapped up the tub to protect and had it on the trailer in the blink of an eye. The arrived at our house and looking at the obstacles laid out asked me to find an extra man to help move it. Then off we went sliding the tub on its side through the neighbors garden, up steps over the concrete fence base and finally flipped it over onto the raised deck. The older guy was was like Danial Ocean, could see all the problems and knew how to get it sorted. The big guy was like an ox, at one point I thought he was just going to pick the whole tub up off the ground and carry it - amazing strength !! Thanks Transport A Tub for an excellent job and price - would highly recommend.

Our hot tub had to be removed over both some old decking and a lawn. We were worried that there would be damage to both. Thankfully their trolly was more than capable of removing the tub safely and with no damage to the lawn, decking or hot tub. It was clearly tricky at times but they got the job done and with the minimum of fuss. Thanks!
