J. C.From start to finish everyone at Charles Woods made the stressful moving process so much easier! The guys were reliable, experienced, friendly and efficient, and we felt that we (and all our belongings) were in very safe hands. When we felt overwhelmed they were amazing at guiding us through the move, and taking charge while still being very respectful. They took time to double check where we wanted everything, and worked like troopers! They went above and beyond what we expected. The office staff were also super friendly and helpful, being endlessly flexible when the dates kept changing. They even took empty boxes over to my partners work to make life easier for us prior to the move. I very highly recommend this company, 10/10!
H. G.I can't thank the team enough for their help with my mother's house move recently. Although she was only moving locally it wasn't an easy move, there was lots of stuff left unpacked and 2 lorries of stuff that went in opposite directions. They managed everything wonderfully, everything ended up where we wanted it to be and the guys even unpacked and repacked a whole storage unit to fit everything in, which I felt was above and beyond. They helped make what was a very stressful day a little bit less stressful with their calm and efficient manner and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.
F. G.The team who did the move were great. However, they had a mishap that resulted in damage to a piece of furniture. They apologized and told us to get in touch with their boss. The location of the damage made meant that it was not visible, so with all the busyness of a move we never got around to contacting the office. If I had received an email apology, I would have rated them 4*.

The team could not be more helpful, making what would normally be a stressful part of the process when moving. Carried out very efficiently without any stress.
