Friendly, helpful and cheap. Moving with Mike was easy and quick. He came dot on time and was helpful in loading and unloading all luggage. He got a big van with safety straps, all our luggage was absolutely secure. Mike's price quote are unmatchable and he gave us 5%discount in addition. We are very happy with the service. Mike helps me with moving my stuff to and from my home in London and my dorm in Oxford and he is BRILLIANT! Really helpful and a great price for the service you receive. Very good communication, does all the heavy lifting, very quickly loads and unloads, and is very careful with all my boxes and bags. I’ve got a lot of delicate stuff and it’s never broken during a journey , it’s very carefully put in the van. He’s also a great person to chat with during the journey. Could not recommend highly enough.

The booking was quite fast and the prices are the best of what I saw so far of local to Oxford removals services. They do offer student discount as well. The driver was punctual and efficient, as well as followed social distancing rules/wore a face mask. It was easy to communicate with the driver and they were prepared to collect the items from my room unlike majority of removals services during lockdown. However, if it takes a driver longer by even 5 minutes to complete a job, you will be asked to pay for extra 30 minutes. In my case it was the fault of a student accomodation who were receiving my stuff and the driver asked to pay for extra 10 minutes of the job. Also worth mentioning that your won't be eligible for a transit insurance if you aren't present at pickup and/or collection (I had to travel from another city in order to tick that box) and you will be asked to pay for the job before completion if doing a bank transfer (I was not entirely happy about that, but due to social distancing was better than paying cash and understandable for trust reasons). Overall, quite happy with the service received!

Mike made my recent move so easy. He arrive very punctually and got to work straight away. They packed the van to max capacity and unloaded quickly and efficiently. He even dismantled a bed to get it up the stairs. At all times he wanted to keep the cost down for me. Thank you very much Mike, to you and your team. Honestly 5 stars!! First time moving without the parents, so searching for a removals company was a new experience for me. Not wanting to be ripped off, I read all the reviews and emailed about 10 different companies in and around Oxford for quotes to move (the contents of a one bed flat) about 15 miles, and received a variety of responses the general consensus being between £450 and £550 for 5 hours. Mike and his 'I Move Oxford' team are, without a doubt, the politest people and the. BEST. value. for. money. for my low-budget flat move and I am so glad I went with them. Great communication beforehand - a text reminder a week before and a day before. They arrived promptly, and got straight to work - they did not even stop for breaks in the 34 degree heat we had - despite my persistence, as it was a second floor flat!! Just brilliant. We were done and dusted in just under 4 hours, for less than £300. The 'Movee' needs to pack everything up into boxes/suitcases ready to go, and where possible wrap up fragile items, whereas some other companies will do this for you - but Mike and the Team were more than happy to disassemble and reassemble any larger furniture (e.g. bed) as part of the move. They have straps and blankets in their van to secure the heavier and more fragile items of furniture. Huge thank you to Mike and the I Move Oxford team!!!! Highly recommended.

I can only recommend this service - 2 strong men helped me moving my furniture and boxes from 2nd floor 2-bed flat in Oxford to Didcot in less than 2 hours including driving. Also the best price I could find in the area - highly recommended!
