David was extremely helpful. A lovely guy who turned up on time and gave us a quote which we were very satisfied with. He arranged to load some of our removals the day before our move (2 guys) and then sent 6 guys on the day to finish off. Everything went very smoothly and all the guys were polite, friendly and careful with fragile items. We would definitely recommend them and would have no hesitation in using them again.

An incredibly smooth move - the team of 5 with two vans made our business move from Oxfordshire to Surrey very straightforward. A prompt arrival at 8am followed by a solid 2.5 hours of packing and loading meant they were back on the road heading to our destination before 11am. The unloading was done with equal efficiency and completed by 2pm. Great job from a very professional team - nothing to fault!

Have just been moved by ISIS Removals to the North from Oxford. They had moved us within Oxford about a decade ago, and because of that we were keen to use them again as that had been a good experience. We were not the most organised of clients, and despite this everything was done so fast and so well. Packing was almost a work of art, such was the care taken. Pricing was incredibly competitive for what was always going to be an expensive move. Simply so happy with the service and could not recommend highly enough.

The removals team were quick, polite and professional when they collected my belongings. The reception team were also polite and professional any time I had to call the office. When I came to pick up my belongings, my crate was ready to go. After it was opened (everything had been packed away neatly and carefully too) I was fully packed up and gone within a few minutes. We have just moved house within Oxford and have been lucky enough to count with the fantastic help of Isis Removals. A few months before moving we contacted them to request a quotation and an overview of the process. They educated us on how the moving will go and visited our property to provide us with a quotations, which they have now followed. There were no surprises on the day, arrived promptly at 8am and started packing. Two persons were able to pack a 2-bedroom apartment in 5-6 hours, then unload the boxes in our new property. The boxes were robust and well labeled and all items arrived intact. There was a bit of confusion on which furniture would remain an which will be moved - perhaps use a signal system (labels, stickers)? to make this easier for both sides. We would certainly recommend them, they were efficient, polite, friendly, accommodating, enthusiastic and offered an excellent and good valued service.

I can’t thank ISIS removals enough for their assistance for the past 2 years. We rushed my daughter back from the UK at the beginning Of the pandemic leaving all her belongings behind. When we realized that the pandemic was going to last longer and she needed to be moved out of her accommodations we called ISIS. They were extremely responsive and professional and assisted us with packing and removing her belongings into storage when everyone else was shut down. They continued to stay in touch with us every month for nearly two years. Just recently when my daughter moved back to the UK, it was just a quick email to arrange for everything to be delivered back just as it was in a very timely manner. Very reasonable prices and great service. Everything was packed up nicely and safely for me from my flat (when I was away and unable to pack it myself). I was able to access my storage easily when I returned. Staff was always helpful and courteous in response to my queries.

The blokes who did the actual shifting were excellent- but they were late because they were let down by the office staff, who didn’t pass on emails from me with details of how to find the address they were delivering. When I phoned the office to see what was happening got a very offhand response. Pity.

We used ISIS removals yesterday for a big house move, having always moved ourselves previously and they were absolutely brilliant. I couldn’t fault their service. We were struggling to find a company with availability on our move date and they sent out the surveyor within 24 hours. The removal team were excellent, they went above & beyond to make the move seamless and nothing was too difficult. The team worked tirelessly to get us packed and out an hour before our cut off and continued well into the dark hours to off load. We can’t rate them highly enough and will forever sing your praises. My oxford house was very challenging. FIve flights of narrow stairs and some furniture going through the window. Also no easy access to house. Isis handled all the challenges magnificently. At the other end the flat still had builders. Isis had to wait until carpet was laid down in 3 rooms before they could unload.. Very grateful.

Great service from ISIS - unlike other companies they did not count up every item to be moved and argue over who would take apart and reassemble larger items of furniture. Instead they got on with it - moving everything from small delicate items to enormous garden pots. Wow what can I say , firstly it was nice to have a fellow South African turn up at my mothers door which made the whole experience so much better , they handled themselves with complete professionalism. From when they first came to the door to give a quote to the day they offloaded and made sure that everything was okay with where the put everything . The speed in which they packed and off loaded was a beauty to behold on its own with being very professional in every step keeping a very close eye on even the little things that where packed . I’d like to add as well that even through this time of covid they where always wearing face masks and kept there hands clean even when coming to give a quote . Very professional, friendly and efficient management and the removal was quick and efficient. The return of furniture less so - a lot of marks on my walls (I spent an hour cleaning them afterwards), a couple of chips out of a doorframe and a little mud on my stairs (I had put protective plastic roll on them beforehand). I had to ask them to wear masks (during lockdown) before they came in - I think it would be better if they had offered. Overall good but lack of care on second half of the job.
