M. U.Very good storage unit!!
I had to pay my unit on Friday but I was busy both Friday and Saturday so I couldn’t call.
Sunday’s are close and Monday is bank holiday so it’s hard to reach when needed so it would be 100% more helpful if you made an email so people who don’t have digital phones or don’t have any service, or they don’t have their phones with them for what ever reason could still contact you.
A. D.I have used Storage King Oxford for 3 years consecutive, and they have always been super helpful and welcoming. I truly appreciate 24/7 access, even at weekends and nights, through a personal key code agreed from the moment you rent space. I rented volumes from a 1x1x2m to a 4x3x3m, and very happy throughout. I had hears about competition of course, but the service here is of upmost quality so there was no need to. Conveniently located next to malls. They also have cartons, bubblewrap, covers, packing tapes for sale on-site. I highly recommend anyone to join Storage King. Thumbs up !
G. Z.This is the first time we’ve had to use storage, in between house moves, and I couldn’t commend Storage King any more highly. Simon and Ian were so helpful at every stage and spent lots of time dry kindly and patiently answering my many questions about how it all works. When we encountered issues, such as needing last minute additional storage, or issues with our lock, they went out of their way to help us and to make everything as easy as possible. The facility itself is very good. It is secure and there are trollies for transporting everything between our vans and the units.

R.I had planned to use a storage facility in Abingdon, however, despite the fact that the manager knew I needed a unit urgently, he didn't bother to phone me when the one that he'd expected to become available, didn't. No such problems at Storage King, and it has the added advantage of being more secure, and has 24/7 access. I would recommend coming here.

L.Really helpful, wasn't sure what size we needed but staff were very patient & showed me the different sizes, good job too as the one I was going for would've been far too small!
A. R.The extremely amiable and helpful reception team will help you choose the proper storage unit size for you right on the spot when you arrive with your stuff (in case you had miscalculated the space when packing at home). They will instruct you on using the trolleys and lifts and how to use your passcode. The 24/7 service is perfect to pop in at unusual, non-working times. Although empty at certain hours at night, the building feels very safe and easy to access and move around with your passcode. A bus stop is right in front of Storage King if public transport is needed. Recommended to bring your own padlock but can purchase one at reception. They give you the money back for the unused days of the month. Overall, I couldn't recommend it more!
S. H.Have had a unit with them for 6 months or so while between houses. They gave a realistic quote for size we would need. Access is always easy and it is well located, being just off the ring road means it was easy to get to from old and new place. Staff have always been really friendly and helpful. Would really recommend using them.

Although well-light, doing anything other than storing or removing items is limited, as there is a lack of nearby power points.

H.We shopped around and Storage King Oxford was by far the best in terms of price, friendliness and ability to accommodate us for long or short term (we didn't quite know how long we needed storage for). Our things felt secure, yet easily accessible and their pricing structure was clear and up-front without hidden extras.
We only used them for a month (we had our own padlock) so costs were kept right down. With a quick, easy email we notified them 2 weeks in advance of moving out. When they sent us an automated bill for the second month a quick phone call sorted this out with little hassle. Good customer service!! Much better than the big, yellow coloured storage people who were vastly more expensive with hidden costs!

Excellent customer service: quick response to enquiries, detailed information, competitive pricing. The office and phone are well-manned -- easy to get ahold of someone during hours of operation. The facility itself is state of the art -- I've used quite a few storage places over the years in the UK and Canada, and this one is the most secure and easily accessible I've come across. You get your own security code so that you can access your unit whenever you like. Also, the trolleys and lift work well (which is not always the case!). Be aware that you will be required to purchase contents insurance and that the cost of insurance is not included in the quote. Highly Recommend!
