He has been the most helpful person without any personal interest since I came here, in the UK, 3 years ago. Could not recommend Ivatt self storage enough! Very friendly, very accommodating with reasonable prices. Moving house is a very stressful time but went out of there way to help with keeping me calm. The logistics of moving packing and storing a 3 bedroom house,ready to move 160 miles to a 2 bed flat was the most stressful thing I've ever done. Nick was so helpful and patient despite me being an absolute stress head. I extended my original booking with ease and was super surprised at how modern clean and accessible the units are. (Nothing like in the movies, way nicer). I was able to share access with my removals company and Nick was on the end of the phone for any queries and always extremely helpful. Would 10000 percent recommend.

Nick has been absolutely amazing! He hasn't been pushy or made me feel pressured like alot of their competitors and actually took the time to find out what I was looking for af my own pace...Even offered to show me around at a time that suited me as I had alot of questions regarding the security. Excellent and secure storage facility with up to date technology. No need for a padlock as all done through an App. Very convenient and easy to use. Amazing value for money and Nick the Storage Manager was always available when needed and very easy to get on with and also reliable. Took feedback into consideration and implemented improvements. The team here went above and beyond to help me at short notice. They arranged removals, provided me with good quality boxes and a clean and secure storage unit. Opening it with my phone was great, it meant i didnt have to worry about a padlock and remembering the keys. All in all, fantastic experience and i will be recommending to friends and family.

Really grateful you were able to help with such short notice. This company were available and even offered different people to arrange for removal/delivery. Hired 2 storage units in between moving houses and kept one even after moving. We had 1 for about 2 months and 1 for almost a year. The entire process was easy to do. Access hours are until quite late and they’re open on weekends and holidays which was good.
