It's a big, new storage at a very affordable price. It beats the 2 others I've already used in Peterborough. The location is better too compared to them. The staff are helpful and you don't need to sign in and out. Happy I finally found my storage in the town.

Very clean, all indoors, good number of options, central (location is the old homebase stores. Staff listening and helpful. Need to find a way to get the lower price by looking at other options. Having reach a suitable deal, sadly, the price will go up after the end of the term. Might have to look to move to influence that.

Great storage facility. We were offered a number of different size units and the price structure was explained well. Staff were always friendly and professional. Trollies were always available for moving property to and from the units, with a variety of sizes available. The one slight criticism I have is that the drop curb at the Peterborough Safestore is not marked as no parking, so it is always blocked because it is not immediately clear that it is the only drop curb available. Either have additional drop curbs installed or paint is at no stopping. Every visit we did to the unit was hampered by this unfortunately. We would not hesitate to use the Peterborough Safestore again.

I had never used this company before and picked them randomly from Google - what a find! Due to a difficult house move and sale I changed my arrival date three times. They called me to check and confirm when I would be arriving and each time told me it was no trouble and they understood, even on the day we arrived I needed to take on an extra locker and the staff made that seem like it wasn't an issue and even played around with their computer system to get me the new customer discount I had qualified for with my original booking. The storage is cool, immaculately clean with a huge carpark/loading area. There are ample trolleys and wheels to help get your belongings to your locker. I went back today to add some bits to my locker and couldn't open the lock, the store manager (female) was so lovely and helpful (AGAIN) as I couldn't get the lock open. Over all I spoke to Barry, Ben and Neil and all of them had the same helpful attitude and regard for their clients. superb

Cannot fault Safestore Peterborough in anyway! Service was exceptional, I spoke with Ben when I booked and he was so helpful on the phone as I was coming from a long way away. When I arrived I found needed a bigger unit and Ben went above and beyond to get this sorted. I would not go anywhere else for storage and would highly recommend Safestore!

Met with Nick and his team this morning, Very professional, explained all of the sizes for the storage rooms. They have everything you need to get set for storage. Tape, Boxes, Bubble wrap, even gloves. Compared with some I have spoken to and looked at. This is the best setup I have seen. And I haven't even mentioned the complete cctv coverage. Shall definitely be putting my storage with Safe store.
