Can honesty say this company really care about their customers. They moved us out, put things into storage then moved us into a new place and their customer service at every step was first class. Special mention to Heather and Kelly who provided lots of updates, help and advice along the way. Sign of a classy company is how they deal with problems and when there was a relatively minor issue it was dealt with sympathetically, promptly and professionally. After 8 moves in 8 years, I'm staying put for a while but would have no hesitation in using / recommending Cambridge Removals again in the future. Thank you

I can’t speak highly enough of this company. They were patient and understanding when we were waiting for a confirmed moving date, and kept in touch throughout. Kelly and the team were absolutely fantastic during our move. Worked non stop but were so friendly and accommodating. We had horrible stairs and it did not faze them in the slightest. I recommend the packing and bed dismantling service... Everything was gently wrapped, carefully packed and nothing was broken and damaged in the move at all... They made a stressful day so much easier. You couldn't meet a nicer group of people. I'd go for a drink with all of them :-) Could not recommend more highly!

Sometimes the mark of a good company is how they react when things do not go to plan. Due to circumstances beyond their control on the day our move did not. From start to finish The Cambridge removals team were absolutely superb. The quote process was very straightforward, Jason came round to our property and assessed the job. He was very polite, professional and knowledgable, we then had the quote through that afternoon. The booking process was started online, I then liaised with Heather and Kelly over the phone. Our booking was up in the air for some time due to some issues, Kelly was excellent during the process and we kept in regular contact. The delivery of boxes and packaging was also very straightforward. The move itself was handled extremely well. Our team of movers (Hugh, John, Mike and Wayne) were great, they moved us out of our house very efficiently. We then had a 3 hour wait for the monies to come through which left us tight for time before the key waiver came to an end, hats off to the team they worked very hard to get us moved in within the time while still taking a lot of care over our new property. A great team, they were friendly, polite and professional. All round a fantastic service from Cambridge, I highly recommend them.

we phoned them looking for the cheapest quote and was very happy with the price . alot cheaper by far from others in Plymouth . we were a bit behind packing because of a hold up in funds being moved around but they were very helpful and understanding . the guys that moved us couldn't of been more helpful and Cambridge are very lucky the guys think of there company as they do. and work so hard and very helpfully , always smiling and happy . i would always recommend Cambridge removals to everyone that asks me in the futher

Cambridge were brilliant to start with - they arranged the service quickly and Heather in the office and the guys on the job were really helpful and friendly. Unfortunately there was more damage to our stuff than we expected and the company (represented by Kelly in the office) didn't seem particularly bothered about sorting it out. Several plants were squashed in packing and one was crushed by having things unpacked on top of it. A lamp was broken, the baby's cot was cracked and, most upsettingly, a bookshelfhad a large chip out of the top shelf and was left with a spare shelf covering the damage. Although we were eventually compensated the full amount applicable, Kelly did not initially offer the full amount and we received no apology for any of the damage. It was sad because the rest of our experience with Cambridge was very good. My advice to anyone considering using this company is to check the conditions for the additional insurance (which we didn't have) and make sure you pack any valuables or fragile yourself. I think that some damage on a long journey is to be expected, so try to take anything sentimental or irreplaceable yourself. Also, we were unaware of the time limit to unpack, check for and report damage being 1 week so make sure you read the terms and conditions! I probably wouldn't use this company again but only because of the damages. And, other than the correspondence after the move, which felt very company-preservation focused rather than customer-service orientated, the service was very good. (See the response from the company below for an example of the attitude I mean - feels like it's more about justifying the company's stance than helping the customer. Understandable, as a profit-driven organisation, but leaves an unpleasant taste.)

Used Cambridge on recommendation from our son and from the first visit by Jason who was very smart , friendly and efficient to our final move on the 26th September, Cambridge took care of everything . The team that arrived, on time, were helpful,friendly and made what was a stressful time for us (first move in 46 years) less so. After being let down by a rival removal company, ON THE DAY OF MY MOVE, after selling my house, Cambridge Removals came a rescued me! Honestly, rescued me! I moved house recently and would highly recommend Cambridge, firstly I was very happy with the safety measures taking place, moving during a pandemic can create its own problems! These guys really did make moving easy. We had 5 very friendly and helpful men turn up and they made short work of emptying our 3 bed house. I've used this company before 8 years ago & as someone whose moved a few times over the years they were impressive then. The service has not deteriorated & remains second to none. They arrived on time & had completed loading x 2 full lorries in 2 hours. The lads were polite, industrious and hilarious, they obviously all get on as the banter between them was constant. Nothing was too much trouble & they never moaned or complained. We had loads of very heavy goods to move. Money well spent & would definately recommend
