Brilliant service & communication from Drakes. I needed some large broken/garage/garden items removed before a house move. Their quote was competitive & communication extremely quick. No having to measure & photograph all items, just a professional quote based on my list/description. A few WhatsApp messages & it was done! A lot quicker than I was expecting too. They turned up on time, professionally & quickly did the job. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service provided by Steve and his team! Had quite a few bits including a fridge, mattress and kitchen rip out. Considered using a skip but it was actually ALOT cheaper to have the waste removed. They did all the work and they even swept up afterwards which I didn't expect them to do! Drakes waste removals come highly recommended! Our recently purchased property was left in a complete state, to say the garden resembled a tip would be an understatement! Steve and his team came to the rescue! Everything from sheets of glass to commercial electronic waste including the head of the lamp-post. You could not get another thing onto his van, and my garden is free from waste! Steve and his team were brilliant and professional throughout. Communication was excellent via phone and Watsapp (for ease of sending photos of job required).Could not of asked for more, thank you!

Highly recommend Drakes, we were so impressed with the service they provided. We needed to get rid of an old upright piano - a few companies I'd approached didn't offer this service, one would only remove it if we got it outside, but Drakes did the whole job, at a great price and were quick to respond. On the day, the team were really friendy and professional and even though the piano was old and no longer in playable condition, they understood that it was still a loved item with a lot of happy memories - even giving us the option of changing our mind without charging a callout fee. Would definitely use again.

Excellent service. Contacted them to remove bags of rubble, sent a photo of waste to be removed and given quote. Everything was removed with no damage to my property.within 2 hours. Would highly recommend and will use again myself in the future if I need any more rubbish removing. Will certainly recommended to friends.

We used Drakes Waste Removals for quite a large and difficult job - dismantling an old but complete 70 foot commercial greenhouse. This involved a lot of glass, wood and steel removal. The friendly team did the job in 3 days and left no mess. Excellent service.

I had a very heavy 3-seater sofa/recliner that needed to be removed via a narrow passageway and up some steep steps. Two other furniture removal firms said the job was impossible and refused to take it on. However, the two young men from Drake's did the impossible without causing any additional damage - and they did it in just 20 minutes! They were extremely efficient, pro-active, cheerful and very, very helpful. More importantly, they never once gave up despite agreeing that the job was extremely challenging. They did what no-one else would. No job is too tough for these guys! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family, friends and neighbours. You won't find better!

Honestly can't fault these guys, arrived on time, great communication and at were £100 less than the next nearest quote I had. The old owner left so much junk lying around and these guys cleared it all. Also went above and beyond by smashing up an old block of cement I couldn't shift and dragging it to the pile of other random bits of cement for later removal. That and a cheerful attitude guarantees I'll use these guys again when I need any kind of waste removal.
