Really good team, so willing to help in anyway they can. I moved back from France and was able to book a unit 8 weeks in advance with no upfront cost. Now that's what I call a service !! And staff are so friendly ☺️

Searched many storage units in Plymouth and this company always answered the phone quickly, politely and were very efficient with enquiries. Most companies were similar in price but I’d use this company again because they were just always so helpful

What a lifeline Storage UK were when my daughter had to move flats with month wait in-between. They were sooooo helpful and kept me updated as to when a unit became available and you could reserve it till you needed it with no extra cost involved. Plus they had discounts for Uni students which was big help. I'm not the greatest spark but the process was even easy for me ...when I lost my access codes they were brilliant with there quick response, clean and good size with easy access. I would definitely use them again. Thank you Storage UK.

Very easy process from booking storage right through to handing storage unit back. Communication was good throughout. Easy secure access with coded entry and good CCTV coverage. Units are modern, clean and dry with most providing good vehicle access. They have a wide range of sizes of storage init available and prices reasonable. Good introductory offer with great discount. Would use again in future if we need to store in Plymouth Central area.

The first time I have used a storage facility and I was very impressed with the service. The staff were really friendly and the contract flexible and rapid to set up with only 2 weeks notice on exit. The unit itself was new and spotless. Staff I met on site were also really helpful. I thought getting storage sorted would be a considerably bigger hassle, but this company made it easy. I'd recommend them without reservation.

My experience with the Plymouth Central location was better than anything I could have expected. I needed a storage unit to hold all of my belongings due to a delayed sale on my flat and purchase on my house. Everyone I spoke to were so kind and friendly. They really made the process easy for me. When I arrived to first get my lock for my unit, I realised it would be too small to house everything. One quick phone call and I was transferred to a larger unit of my choosing and it even came with easier access. There were no hidden fees or time delays in switching units, it was all about what worked best for me. Perfect! When I next have a reason to use a storage unit then I will definitely be going back here. The units were well insulated to not cause any dampness, cold or drafts. The entire site is well secured with a digilock gate at the front and everyone gets their own keys and lock system for their unit which they take home once they are finished so no one will have a copy of your keys! Amazing! I really can't recommend them enough and commend the entire team on their continued efforts to make the process so smooth and reliable. One comment I would have for improvement comes down to the company as a whole, the website isn't the easiest to navigate for logging in and amending/checking my booking and details. Perhaps this could be updated? But all else is amazing and flawless! Thanks so much!

The staff at UK Storage are incredibly helpful and attentive to clients needs. The facility is very clean and tidy with units been in good overall condition and most importantly dry. I stored my house contents for 3 months whilst between homes and was offered a introductory deal that made them very competitive. The location is very central and convenient.

We moved to Plymouth from Buckinghamshire without a property to move into so we used storage for our posessions while house hunting. It was so easy to book, get advice on the size we needed, discounts offered that would work out best for us and the price was very good compared to other options and considering the easy access. Communication was great, we made a booking but were able to change the start date easily, we moved in after office hours. There was a tiny fee (less than £2 a week) for out of hours access and I could change that if I stopped needing it. The site is very tidy and secure, it was easy to drive up to our unit and there were furniture covers available. We stored our things for 14 weeks and everything was as it went in when we collected it, despite my worries about the torrential rain in May. It was easy to give notice and close our booking once we had emptied our unit. We'll definitely use them again should we need to.

What can I say about this fantastic company. From customer service to value and the fact I have been able to store my work equipment safely and conviently. Even down to the maintenance guys on site that run to let you out the gate saves you getting out , who are really friendly too and approachable. Don't even think about storing with anyone else. We have used the Central Plymouth storage site two summers in a row to store my daughter's belongings when she comes home from uni for 3 to 4 months. Both times reserving the unit, information provided and setting up payment has been easy, with all staff helpful. Units have met our needs, access has been good, units clean and plastic covers provided. You pay for your padlock the first time and then it belongs to you for all future bookings. Closing the account is also easy and is actioned immediately on receipt of email confirming the unit has been emptied. Thanks to all your staff who have made this process painless. Would definitely recommend UK Storage, Plymouth Central.

Staff were very friendly on the phone, called in need of storage last minute and they were able to offer a perfect space, and were friendly and helpful each subsequent call I made giving clear instructions for the process. Storage itself was great, secure and waterproof behind a security fence, clever lock method, very easy to get in and out of, and all on ground level so easy to access. Was also better priced compared to all other storage placed in area, will use again and highly reccommend.

Well this company really have got this storage thing down to a T we rented two storage units from them for 3 months while we were waiting for our new house to be built. Right from when we made our 1st enquiry on line. Everything was done for us completely hassle free and a really good price. All we had to do was take our things down to the storage units. We arrived to a secure automatic gate with pin entry and cctv. We had forgot to bring dust sheets to cover our things. I rang uk storage and asked if our things would be safe uncovered. They told me yes of course every unit has heating in it . But if you do require any dust sheets then here's the unit and pin , help yourself to as many as you like to protect your things. Couldn't belive it all free aswell . The house took longer than expected and we panicked as we didn't think we could keep the units for longer. Yet again I phoned uk storage and they told us not a problem leave everything to us and they sorted it out within minutes for us to keep renting. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. When we got out things out 3 months later it came out just as we had put it in . All smelling nice and fresh no damp no mould nothing . Absolutely proud for you guys doing what you have for us and taking a bit of the stress off us while moving home. Perfect location, dry, secure, and outstanding protection. We'll done guys keep up the good work

Simple but effective, I was a bit concerned that there were no staff on site, but as i became more aware of how the site worked it dawned on me how good a business model it was. The staff I spoke to were really helpful and the whole process was painless. I would definitely use UK Storage again if I had to, especially as I now have my own lock.

Needing a storage facility in Plymouth then don't waste time looking elsewhere. My Wife and I needed a storage unit locally for an unspecified time. I contacted UK storage among others. I was delighted with their quote and brilliantly flexible terms and approach to business. On occasions where I needed outside of hours access for a nominal charge no problem. The unit was clean, water tight and well. signed as was the whole site. At the conclusion of my rental following my move to France my account was in credit. This was promptly refunded to my bank account with no chasing. Evey member of staff who I spoke to was a great ambassador for the Company. All in all based on my experience UK Storage Company will take some beating. I highly recommend them and thank them for a great experience.

I used UK Storage Company's Plymouth City Centre site near Cattedown to store items during a house move. I was genuinely very impressed by the whole service provided. The customer service team were very helpful, friendly and amenable, the service was quick and easy to set up over the phone, the unit was far better than I was expecting and kept all of my items dry and safe. The 24-hour access was unbelievably useful and it was easy to add / remove this feature. When I was done it was a hassle free process to end the service and the team were just as helpful as they were at the start up. They are very quick in responding and solving issues and is convenient as you will have 24h open access. I have to upgrade to large unit and all done on one phone call within 10min. Moving house is stressful enough, we were downsizing and needed storage to hold belongings until we knew what was staying or going. These guys were great, brilliant communication, easy process and when we needed to downsize our unit they were very helpful in arranging this too. Entry to the unit easy to use and we are very happy with the service and price.

This storage facility is a great option for students in Plymouth. We stored all our daughter's "stuff" in one of UK Storage Company's secure lockers over the summer months, rather than transport it all home when she moved out of the university's hall of residence and then bring it all back again a few months later. The locker was clean and easy to find with adequate security for our needs. We particularly appreciated being able to access the locker in the evenings and at weekends.

Really easy and simple to set up. I also didn't need the storage for a whole month just a couple of weeks so that sorted and I was refunded the difference at the end. I rung a few times with queries and added a person for access which was easy and no trouble at all. A slight issue happened where due to a lack of signage I put my stuff into the wrong locker and is was broken into a replaced by the company due to their own security procedures, which meant a drive to their head office to collect another key. But again it was no trouble at all. It was all round just confusion. A great company to store with easy. Thanks for great service :-)

I have used this storage facility on three occasions over the last two years, and the standard of not only the facilities, but the customer service is outstanding. Staff at this company clearly all have the same high level of training, and have superb interpersonal skills. Any queries, no matter how small, are no problem. Not sure about something? Give them a call. In addition to this, the level of security awareness is second to none. Across the board, this company has not let us down, and I do not hesitate to recommend them.

The price for the 1st 12 weeks was the best around, we weren't expecting to need it for any longer. We pretty much fitted the contents of a large 3 bed house in the largest unit, including large 3 seater sofa' s beds etc lots & lots of boxes. I was concerned at first that the units were external ie damp rodents spider's etc. however really impressed the site is very easy to access. It's amazingly clean tidy and lots of room to manoeuvre vary large vehicles traight up to your unit or nearby with no issues. The units are completely dry. Our belongings in cardboard boxes etc were in the unit for 5 months. Nothing was damp not a single cobwebs in the unit. We could go down and grab a box whenever we wanted it. Also very quick to set up we called the Sat morning the week before we were booked to start using our reserved unit, on the off chance we could bring it forward a week. Within the hour the paperwork was emailed & we had the entrance code. Would recommend & use again. Thank you all it made moving into a house that needed a lot of work doing that much more stress free knowing everything was safe & at a good price
