I cannot thank Mark and his team enough. I had been let down by another company double booking me at the last minute and he stepped in, making what was quite a stressful time splitting my house with my ex, into something that was as easy as it could possibly be. He put me into storage and then 3 months later has just moved me into my newly renovated house. The movers were professional, polite, helpful and went above and beyond. Professional service, but the calmness of the owner and staff was incredible, while I was at such a high stress level at moving out on my own. Mark and the team put me at so much at ease. I had started to pack myself but when I met Mark I decided to hand over the packing to his team as well as the move. I highly recommend Mark and his team. The vans were clean as promised, his staff were courteous , professional , helpful and cheerful even though they had heavy items to lift up stairs. No complaints from them at all. They made the move as stress free as possible and were very careful with all our belongings . Nothing was dropped or damaged at all. And they worked hard and very quickly completed the move in record time. Mark beat our quote from another removals company and was true to his word. His boxes were delivered promptly and were of good quality and he stuck to his word to refund me for unused boxes but because the move went so well and smoothly , we waived this right to a refund. We were absolutely delighted and impressed with the courteous, professional and high quality service we received from Mark and his team and would say to anyone dreading a huge move - use Vandyman Removals and don't bother looking elsewhere! Amazing service. A company that goes above and beyond! Mark has been amazing throughout the whole moving process. He has helped to reduce stress and squeezed us in as we were a last minute removal. He really did work around us and did anything he could to make the process run smoothly. His team were highly professional, friendly and took great care with my furniture. This was the 2nd time that we have chosen Mark and his team to move us and this was the 2nd time that we received the very best service. Nothing was too much trouble for Mark and his team and they worked 10 hours straight to ensure our move was done properly. Wow, amazing service from Vandyman. It's really difficult to pick a removals company, I got so many quotes but in the end I went with the one that had the best reviews and communication - vandyman. So glad I picked to go with them moving our house from Leicester to Plymouth. They turned up at Leicester exactly when they said they would and moved all of our stuff into new the house putting things where we wanted them. Not a wall was scratched or dented. Where to start, well Mark and his team are simply brilliant, I don't usually write reviews but I have to share our story. Right from the outset and first meeting,Mark was nothing but friendly, professional and courteous. No question was left unanswered or any detail left out. When we finally got our moving date it was over a weekend, not a problem for Mark, he had no issue moving us on a Saturday and Sunday. On the day of moving it just happened to be one of the warmest of the year so far but Mark and his team arrived and just got on with things without any fuss. One of the biggest issues we faced was the possibility of having to leave behind £800 worth of Ikea wardrobes, not a problem for Mark, his quote includes all packing and the taking down and reassembly of our Ikea wardrobes. We also had a problem with a ceiling rose which was causing me issues replacing, Mark said leave it with me, got a mate over who is an electrician and fixed the problem at no cost! All in all Mark and his team have no equal, I've used lots of different companies over the years, and Vandyman stands out as by miles the best I've ever used. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat. I cannot thank Mark for taking away huge amounts of stress, for providing an absolutely first class service and for doing so with humour, professionalism and with a constant smile, nothing was too much. Don't go anywhere else you will not find a better service.

I had to move from Plymouth, Devon to Northwich (near Manchester) and I was absolutely nervous and afraid of something going wrong. I had 6 companies booked for home visits and quotations and Mark from Vandyman was the first one who came in, and since he left, me and my husband knew he was the one we would choose. He is genuinely passionate for what he does and he has an amazing knowledge of the removal sector. He arrived on time with his team, all of them very careful with our stuff. He had an amazing packing and wrapping method and he delivered everything on time as well. He wasn't the cheapest but honestly? Super WORTH to pay few more pounds than risking using a company that you will have a problem after. I HIGHLY recommend Vandyman for such high standards of professionalism.

When Mark tells you: "Don't worry!" believe him. I couldn't have had a better team of removers. I needed to put my furniture into storage at short notice as my new property wasn't available on my moving date. Mark immediately reassured me that he would take care of it, and he did. He responds immediately to questions, and quotes immediately. I can't imagine getting a better service. It was a long move from Plymouth to Norwich. Very friendly, professional service. Took care of all my furniture, bubble wrapping and putting blankets around everything so that nothing broke or got dirty. The guys who helped on the day made moving fun, therefore, leaving me stress free. Mark was a pleasure to deal with as well.
