s. L.My wife and I are moving house but have to put our furniture into storage for a short while. We contacted All Moves for a quote to remove our furniture, take it to storage and then deliver it once our new house is ready. We were quoted a very fair price and so decided to go with them. On 22/04/22 they arrived at 9am and cleared the house by 1pm. The furniture was covered, wall mirrors and pictures were placed into protective coverings and everything was itemised by them. The were all very professional, friendly and could not have been more helpful. I wouldn't consider ever using any other company. They made the whole process of moving out totally stress free. From start to finish, dealing with All Moves is a pleasure. From Darren coming and quoting to the communication you receive to confirm quotes, booking and answering any queries I had; messages were always answered promptly.
Yesterday the guys moved my mum and dad from a 4 bedroom detached house to a much smaller semi detached bungalow. The amount of stuff my parents have accumulated over the years is amazing but the lads tackled everything with good humour and professionalism. All my mum and dads possessions were treated with the upmost respect and care; nothing was too much trouble. They removed doors to get items in, clagged up the washing machine and even organised the garage to make sure we could get better access to everything stored in there!
We ended up having 5 of the guys helping unload everything at the bungalow and every one of them were pleasant, friendly, courteous and polite... but we also had a good laugh. So many, many, many thanks to Dave, Nick, Craig, Charlie and Edmund for everything. You made a very stressful day FAR easier. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED *****

D. R.Darren and the guys helped us relocate to another county. From the quotation stage to the delivery, the honesty and 'can do' attitude was exemplary.
We had many delays and changes to schedules, that were out of our control, but nothing phased them and they adapted each time. They went above and beyond what we expected, helping us during a very stressful period.
Our belongings were packed with care in the vans and delivered in the same condition. The price was very competitive.
I would recommend Allmoves Preston to anyone, great levels of customer care/support and a personal touch you wouldn't get with the big players.
