We have recently started using Greenmount and just wanted to pass on our a massive thanks to Brian for all his support. It was a long wait to get our vehicle and we were concerned about securing a space due to not being able to provide a specific date, but Brian went above and beyond to ensure we could get a space at Greenmount. Due to a long journey to site when initially dropping off Brian kindly waited for my arrival despite it being late at night. As our first storage site we have been really impressed with the levels of security but also the ease of use and would happily recommend. Thanks Brian a first class site.

We have been really impressed from the start with this storage facility. Brian was so friendly on our initial meeting and gave us confidence that this was the right storage facility for us. We had an issue with out jockey wheel on the first outing and even in the pooring rain he came and helped. Lots of plans to invest to improve further on what is already a secure site. New to caravan storage but Brian made us most welcome after prolonged (7 month) delay from arranging storage to actually requiring it due to the Covid lock-down. Security measures already meet CASSOA Gold and are being improved further. Its also clear that Brian is investing time and effort in improving the facilities such as the wash area. Brian has also been a source of knowledge for locating items that we wanted and I feel that he'll try to help out wherever he can. So far, 5 out of 5, long may this continue!

We moved from the south Midlands to Lancashire in 2020 and despite many difficulties both as a result of Covid and a complex home move, the help we received in accommodating our motor home was well beyond anything one could reasonably expect. Sadly personal circumstances have led to us selling our motorhome and vacating the facility. We will miss both the travelling and the welcome we always received from all at Greenmount. I should also add that the already very high standard of security has been further improved.

Stored our caravan here for a few years now, met Brian the new owner a couple of weeks ago who was very helpful, had a lovely chat with us and told us all about his plans for the site. Very secure and safe, you have your own allocated space and we have never had any problems with access.

Our caravan has been in storage here for many years. It disappoints me greatly to read some of these negative reviews. Mr and Mrs Wright who ran both the caravan storage and a cattery were a lovely couple. After losing her husband Mrs Wright was brokenhearted and it is not fair of her clients to post unpleasant comments. The storage is now under new management, and is moving into the future. The storage is very secure, good value for money, and the new owners are very friendly, and also experienced caravaners, so they know what makes good storage facilities. The entrance area is very spacious, as are the allocated parking space for your van. The owners welcome you to come and clean or visit your van whenever you wish. The storage is situated in a very handy area to visit the Fylde Coast and also to access the motorway.

I haven't even been to the site yet but feel Brian, it's new owner deserves 5 stars. My Father died 4 days ago and I'm in the process of clearing the house, registering the death and arranging the funeral something that is made more difficult by the current Covide pandemic. On top of this I had received an e mail from my current storage provider saying they were closing. The last thing I needed was to drive around trying to find a storage provider who had space. I was also worried that other people at my current storage would all be scrambling around for storage places in the vicinity and by the time I had time and energy to arrange storage all of the places in the area would have gone. I rang Greenmount and wanted to book one of the last few places they currently have available. Brian said he expects people to come and view the site as he wants his customers to be happy with the service and facilities and wasnt happy to take a booking without the client seeing the storage. However when I explained the situation he could not have been more helpful. My details were taken over the phone and he arranged for me to pay remotely. 10 out of 10 Brian. If your facilities are half as good as your attitude then I will be happy. UPDATE I ve used the site now a couple of times and can now add a review. The site has now upgraded one of the roads on the site and made as wide as the other. As a result access for parking, we have a 5.5 mtr motorhome is much better but even longer units shouldn't struggle. It's no trouble to park either driving in front ways or reversing in. The width between the units when parked is sufficient for storage. The units stand on hard core and even during the recent wet weather the units weren't standing in water. I'm also impressed with the security measures enforced by Brian the owner. He makes sure owners know how to enter the storage facility and also impresses upon you the need to wait whilst the gate closes behind your vehicle when entering and leaving. Entrance is by a key fob who's electronic number I believe is unique to each unit owner. There is also a ditch around the facility and a raised earth bank and fence. If owners follow the rules when entering and leaving via the secure gate I should imagine it would be hard for any miscreants to steal or gain entry to steal from a unit. Its obvious the new owners are investing in the storage facility.
