We recently used these guys to move house, i just wanted to say a huge thank you to Lee and Carl. They were absolutely fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. The booking process was easy, Lee keeps you updated and is very responsive. I would definitely recommend this company for removals and if I ever move again I will be sure to use them! We have used a couple of moving companies in the past and they were ok, but lee and his team were amazing. They were all extremely professional, courteous throughout and they handled all of our furniture with great care. The booking process was extremely easy and the team turned up on the day of our move on time and got started in no time. They handled our big American fridge with great ease with no damage to the walls and floor. We also used there packing service, and again this was superb. Nothing was to much trouble for them. We used these guys for our 3 day pack and move and I honestly couldn’t fault them. From the first contact with the office to the actual move, they kept me in formed through out. I was a little nervous as we were going distance but Lee,chris and the rest of the guys put my mind at ease. They packed all my belongings up dismantled and reassembled everything at the other end. All my belongings were really taken care of with no damage. They were even courteous and covered and protected all my carpets. I don’t intend to move again but if I do I wouldn’t hesitate to use them or recommend.

The lads were great. My move went as smoothly as it could, I was moving long distance so I needed a removal company to pack up day before which they did without any stress the men arrived on time at 8.30am as agreed. All my belongings were packed and loaded on the van ready for delivery the following day. PTL Arrived at lunchtime the following day as agreed. Everything was put back together and the boxes in the correct rooms. I can’t thank Lee and his team enough 5stars from me. Great Jobs lads!!!!!!! Mark

Recently moved with this company, we opted for the complete package -removal, packing, dismantling and reassembling.I can't fault the service we received at all, from start to finish everyone was great. The office staff were always on hand to help with my many enquires and the lads on the day worked like titans. Packing a 3 bed house was completed in no time at all and the removal went as smoothly as it could possibly go, nothing was too much trouble.They provided all packing materials, took apart and reassembled our furniture, protected all the carpets in our new home. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone moving.

We couldn’t move into our house for a couple of weeks due to delays, so used ptl for our removal and storage. From the initial phone call, removal and storage of our belongings the service was excellent. The guys and lady on the day could not have been more helpful or friendly and efficient. It was actually quite nice having a lady on the job, she certainly put my wife at ease and kept the guys in check. I would highly recommend the team to anyone moving house especially if you need to store your belongings for any length of time. Great service- worked on the hottest day of the year 10/10.

The quote I received was very competitive, so I went with this company as the estimator that visited our property was professional and very knowledgeable. He put my mind at ease, and I felt I was in good hands. As it turned out, this was the best move we could have made. They turned up when they said, packed as they said, covered and protected as they said and moved us as they said and all went extremely well. Lee, Carl and Dave were friendly and helpful on the day. I have recently moved house and used PTL Removals to carry out our move. They were very reasonably priced and it was certainly value for money. The team who moved us were helpful and professional, hard working and nothing was to much trouble. They made a stressful day go as smooth a as possible. There was no damage and extra care was taken with padded furniture covers which I was very impressed with. They carefully re located furniture and boxes to the right rooms making unpacking so much easier. I would definitely recommend them.

I was completely blown away by Lee and his team when I used them recently for my house move. They did 3 trip using 2 x 7.5T vehicles. They arrived at 9.30am and stayed until the move was done at 10.30 with all the furniture put together and placed exactly where I needed it. The 5 members were trustworthy, courteous, happy, helpful, hardworking. They took care of my belongings like they were their own. They were absolutely fantastic. They missed the football and didn't whinge about it. They definitely delivered way beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend them to everyone - they were fantastic and took so much pressure off me knowing my move was in safe capable hands. Money very well spent.

Lee and the team were first class! Nothing was to much trouble they went above and beyond. Communication was great from the start and the move went smoothly. They were very professional and everything was really taken care of and all fragile stuff wrapped for transport. Lee and his team moved us from Manchester to Staffordshire. They honestly made moving almost fun! They turned up early on time, packed the whole house up in 4 hours. They had covers for all the stairs and protective covers for all the furniture ( it was raining very heavily and nothing got wet). They even moved plants from the garden in the pouring rain. All the lads were brilliant, polite and funny. Danny was lovely to chat to and wrapped up all our kitchen stuff as if it was her own. We had a lovely time chatting too and she really took all the stress away from moving house. All our furniture was placed in the rooms we wanted and rebuilt. Thank you so much Lee and team, honestly if we could give you 10 stars we would! Highly recommended, and although we hope to never move again, if we do you are the company we will go to. I researched companies for about a week, and I was having a hard time finding companies that both seemed legit and didn't charge way above the odds. Ptl removals were easy to work with and super responsive to my emails and calls. The first estimate I got was half that of all the other companies I had contacted. I was even more surprised at drop-off when my final price was exactly what I had been quoted online! On both sides of the move, the movers called me before arrival and were quick and professional. Lee and the lads were great, everything was exactly how it had been explained. They were on time, professional and worked efficiently. Overall, I have no complaints or negative things to say about this company. This move went so much better (and cheaper) than I had expected it to go. Would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

I don’t really ever leave reviews, but i felt in this circumstance I had to. I can’t thank this company enough, if I could give them more stars I would. I had another company booked to move me and I was let down last minute. I’ve had an absolutely awful experience with them and I never want to go through it again. PTL Removals stepped in last minute to do the packing of my kitchen and full house removal. As you can imagine I was very tense and probably a little unpleasant to deal with at the beginning due to my bad experience with the other removal company. Well this is where ptl came into there own, they arrived on the day promptly and immediately started packing my kitchen up. They could see how distressed I was and even sat me down and made me a cup of tea. They were great, nothing was to much trouble. The packing of the kitchen contents was spot on, and I was more than happy. The removal of my belongings was the same, spot on service. They were professional, extremely helpful and very careful with my stuff. I would definitely recommend.

Recently moved us from Sandbach to Congleton. Lee and his colleague were very professional and very careful with our furniture. They were pleasant and helpful and carried things up our steep drive without complaint!! They asked where we wanted items placing and made sure we were happy with everything before they left. My son and daughter in law have moved from London to Manchester. I was given a quote over the phone for the move by Dani in the office, who was very professional. The movers showed up on time and delivered the goods when promised. We also took advantage of storage because my son and daughter in law were not able to receive their goods until two months later. The movers could not have been nicer. Lee who was our move coordinator always returned my call and put me at ease as moves are stressful. The household goods were received in good order, no problems. PTL’s price was half the price of the big big name movers. I have no problem recommending them for your move.

Great bunch of lads, they went that extra mile. They put my mind at ease when taking extra care of my valuable music equipment. But not just that, they protected and covered all my beds, sofas, pictures etc. It was stress free and I was happy with the price for such a top service from these lads.
