From the moment we arrived with a van load the service was 5 star …. The lady on reception who was a new starter but still showed me around to discuss room sizes and had a very positive attitude. A credit to the company. The offer of trolleys and goods lift and spotless fresh painted facilities gave me confidence. Was very impressed all round .. Nothing negative to add and the price was fair. A very pleasant experience and will definitely recommend. Keep up the good work .

Hassle-free storage experience. Easy out-of-hours access. We actually lost the unit keys, but the staff member Danny was helpful in breaking the lock and even waived the charges for the lost hob. Would definitely recommend Safestore.

Good rates for first time users for first 8 weeks. Then can get quite expensive so check what space you really need, negotiate. Good 24/7 access, clean toilets, clear passage-ways. NO DUST because floors are painted. Nice PRESTON staff ! Thank you.

Really really helpful! We are having to store our entire house after a chain collapse, and Danny was just amazing. He took care of everything, made the process so easy and was just the nicest and most accommodating person. The rooms were really clean and the price was excellent! Safestore not only had enough storage space to accommodate us but even arranged removal vans to pick up our furniture and boxes etc and then put it into the storage units for us. I had to sort out my storage remotely as I was relocating from Surrey back to Lancashire. Safestore were amazing, and handled pretty much everything for me causing me the minimum of hassle and getting everything right. They helped sort out an extra storage unit when my removal guys turned up to put my stuff into storage, again without me there, and made it all completely hassle free. When I went to collect my keys and check out my units the service was again really helpful and very friendly. Superb service from start to finish and excellent prices too!

My experience could not have been better. After a nightmare house move, SafeSure made it simple, easy, and were so flexible to suit my needs. The guy on site in Preston, Danny, was superb, really understood what I needed, and took full ownership if my problem to make things super easy for me in a very trying time. He literally made it so that I could get set off on my long journey while he linked up with my removal company to get everything sorted without me needing to be there. I didn’t want to be in a position where I had to use storage, but I’m glad I chose SafeSure when I had no option left. They really were one of the best parts of my move. Thanks Danny!

My experience with the staff at Preston Safestore has been amazingly good from the outset. Contact has been by both telephone with mainly John & Laura who could not have been more friendly & helpful. They gave me loads of their time, comprehensive information, were encouraging without being pushy & proactively kept in touch over the date I might need the storage unit. At all times they were dead positive with a good sense of humour which always helps. They also put me in touch with a few small removal firms, the 2 guys I used were again helpful, did the job well and were really good value. I really cannot fault this branch of Safestore & would recommend them to anyone - if only more companies gave out this level of service.

The customer reception was First Class, from the initial phone call to the first visit. The documentation and procedures were clearly explained and we were invited to see various sized storage before making a selection.
