' Great storage units, amazing staff! ' Great customer service! I was a bit worried as I have never used a storage facility before. I requested a quote online and received a call from Faz minutes after. Faz has been amazing, he talked me through the whole process, prices and paperwork needed, he made it really easy and was extremely helpful while showing me the units and how everything works. The units are great, clean and dry and easy accessible but with great security! Highly recommended!!!

I’ve used a few storage companies throughout the UK, but none of the others had such amazing customer service at Smart Storage. I would like to say a big thank you to Sunny, the staff member who helped me with amazing patience and warmheartedness through check-in and check-out, and everything else in between. When I checked out, I thought I had to throw away the old clothes, as I was on foot and carrying a lot of luggage. Then, Sunny not only helped me find a charity shop at which I managed to drop off the stuff I no longer needed, but also kindly drove me to the train station with his own car. I’m not even a VIP customer - just someone who used their smallest storage unit for a few months! It was one of my best experience as a customer all my life. I’ll definitely use Smart Storage in future where possible. Thank you soooo much Sunny!!☀️

SMART Storage Preston. What a great service. Staff Faz & Brandon are super stars. I checked other companies but these guys won, hands down. My criteria was accessibility in addition to the expected services associated with storage. I am able to access my unit from 08.00 - 22.00 daily. When the guys are in, during business hours, they are fun, knowledgeable & professional. You can't put a price on that...would definitely recommend them. The place is clean, secure and meets all my needs. They offer lots of products to help you with your move. Don't bother going anywhere else in Preston.

The staff are so helpful and understanding, easy to get to by drive and public transport. The facility is open after hours so you can get to your storage unit after work if you work late hours. The security is well built. Would use this company again.

First class and amazing service. Having seriously underestimated the amount of 'stuff' our daughter had when moving, we found ourselves needing last minute storage on a bank holiday. Just recently moved my items out of storage here to move house. Found it easily accessed and the staff were really lovely and helpful. Moving things in is made really easy with trolleys provided and a large goods lift. Got a pin code to make sure my things were safe, along with insurance, which put my mind at rest. The whole experience was easy and at a good price, far better then the storage units I used last year, also based in Preston. I was really happy with the service and communication and I highly recommend!

Tahir has been most helpful, my mums house burnt down and I needed somewhere to store stuff from the damaged property . Unfortunately the insurance company are very slow and i found housing for my mother in good time. But the knowledge of reserving the space and knowing it would be secure was a great relief whilst I had so much to deal with. I had to mess smart storage about and they were very accommodating, and patient..Thank you - great customer service..

The 1st time I've used self storage and so far very impressed. Staff really helpful. The units are impeccably clean and security seems good. The only possible downside is they insist on having insurance which there insurance is very expensive compared to online.

Great storage facility and the staff are also very helpful..only downside is having no lights in the actual unit.. (have to leave doors open) on the groundfloor..Secure parking when you're on the carpark and secure entrance/exit.

The team here are amazing. My partner is diabetic and he was sorting out our unit when he had a hypo. The immediately helped him, got him sweets and a drink and a seat and made sure he was ok. Without them there he could've ended up in hospital. They are really friendly and helpful, (especially Hassan & Faz) and the site is well managed. I feel super comfortable knowing that my life in boxes is being stored there!

Its not often these days that something comes along you 100% happy with....So when it does its a breath of fresh air....i google'd all storage options for holding my mothers furniture while we moved her from Scotland. the Team at Smart Storage were so helpful, they guided me through how all these kind of storage setups work, it can be a mindfield if you've never done this before. We settled on a price (inc insurance) they know their business and even helped out with good removable men, who I'd recommend every time...So check them all out then give these guys a call. Absolutely beautiful place to work! It's not advertised, but internet is free, heating free, no business rates and it's a really friendly place to work. I've made business connections and met other ebayers too. Staff are really eager to help and solve issues. Tahir has a business management degree so he's good for business advice too! Place is secure & clean as you'd expect. has parking onsite and 24/7 access. If you're working from home currently, which I did for many years, think about moving to smart storage, it's not just for furniture you know :)
