Never having used a storage unit before i was a bit apprehensive. But Stor It was brilliant. Very helpful. Let us look at the different size units before we settled on one. Answered all our questions and and put us at ease with leaving our uni daughter's stuff there. My daughter will be going off abroad for a year soon and I will most definitely be using Stor It again. Really flexible terms, no notice required for termination of contract, price remains same throughout unlike other storage companies. Open 7 days per week. Very clean, friendly helpful staff, great value for money. Would highly recommend.

Good guys and great storage place. Highly recommended. Been with them for 11 years, they are certainly the cheapest in Preston, probably the whole North West. Never any problems, hence being with them for so long. 45 sq ft for £50 pm is more than reasonable compared to other providers. Only the one price increase in 10 years, not creeping increases like some others. Excellent 👍

Great people and great storage place. Been with them for over a 10 years, they are the cheapest in Preston. Never had a problem with them. Can’t recommend them enough. Really pleased with the service provided by Stor-it Preston after using them during a recent house move. The staff are friendly and showed us round to explain the different sized units and discuss pricing etc. Opening times are good, parking is easy and they have trolleys and a lift to help get to the upper floor. The price remains fixed for the duration of the contract and they return part payment if you leave mid month. Would definitely use them again and recommend to friends.

We used this storage facility for over 2 years and it’s been great! We have had no issues. Our belongings were secure and well looked after. Stor it are very flexible, open 7 days a week which makes it easy to access anything in storage you might need. We paid for a year but then needed to keep extending the time on the unit due to not being ready to move our things and they were happy for us to extend for months at a time as much as we wanted. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service 5 star. I can only recommend the staff and storage opportunities of Stor-It. Even if you have a small or large amount to store the helpful and supportive staff will help you find the best option at the best price. The facility is secure, clean, dry and safe. If you have any worries about storing anything short term or long these will disappear when you are shown the units. The staff are polite, respectful, supportive and always there if you need advice. A fantastic service which is more like 6 star than 5.

Used Storit for about 10 months in 2019/2020. Very happy with the whole experience. I had a problem with my padlock (supplied by myself)and Ikram sorted it for me . Storage facilities are dry, clean and spacious. Access is very good. Compared to others I have seen very good value for money. All staff friendly and helpful. Been a pleasure using Storit!

Such a pleasure using Stor-It for the past year! No Hassles, no dramas! Saeed and Ikram are extremely professional and friendly. Nothing is a problem for these guys. BEST IN PRESTON I was looking for a medium sized store, to store my summer gear, Having checked local prices, Stor it offered the best deal. I called to reserve a unit and the staff couldn't have been more than helpful. Quick and easy setup! Very knowledge, professional and polite staff, Plenty of space to pull your car up and unload/load. Couldn't be easier/better. Very clean and tidy, location was also big plus for me as they are located in the centre of Preston! Which is ideal, would highly recommended!

Shopped around a lot for storage when we moved in January. Stor-it were to most straightforward - no hidden charges, no minimum term, no notice period or price increases - and that appealed. Move-in was easy, we used it for 8 months, access was easy whilst we sold our stuff, then moving out was easy too. No surprises, just paid for the last month we used and off we went. Highly recommended. Good service, fair price. I hope these guys do well.

I needed a storage unit and a removal guy at very short notice and they sorted me out with everything on the first call. I got a 130 square foot unit at a reasonable price which gave me plenty of room to work with, the trolley they have are ideal for beds, wardrobes etc. The customer service from everyone I dealt with regarding payments etc was very helpful I had no problems at all and could tell they have been in business for years. I highly recommend using this company for a storage solution.

I have had a storage unit with Stor-it for a couple of years now, and downgraded from 100ft to 60ft and finally a 30ft at present. The always very friendly staff go above and beyond for their customers. I always seem to be able to downsize or upgrade same day as requested and as I need, which is great! Recently opened their business hours to Sunday, but I would say their evening weekday hours could do with being extended past 5pm. Their prices are great compared to other companies, so I don't mind sacrificing their limited hours for cheaper storage options. They helped recommend man and van for moving house locally, and have an agreement to allow him into the units and put your belongings, this was very helpful. They sell locks and limited amount of storage boxes and bubble wrap in the office if required. Parking is limited, which can be difficult for loading and unloading at busy times, but come in the middle of a weekday, and there are never many people in/out making parking easier. I feel my belongings are secure at Stor-it, and I use the linked insurance company recommended by the facility staff. I will continue to use Stor-it until storage is no longer required.
