I wasn’t sure what size to go for and the process of sorting everything out. I phoned and spoke to a really nice lady called Riah. She explained everything to me really well and made my experience overall excellent. 100% will be using these guys in the future to store my belongings!

Fantastic service from Rain and the team. I was recommended to use them by a good friend and they have received their vouchers for doing so. The rooms are very clean as is the whole building - they are always on top of the appearance - repainting areas etc. I have been storing things there for 3 months now and have found it to be a top class service.

The Store Room has been a great facility for us. All our archive files are safely stored there plus other items that are currently not in use. We now have piece of mind that anything we need to recover from our locker will be dust free and dry. Rain (great name!) was extremely pleasant and helpful in helping us find the best type of storage for our goods. Brilliant!

Used this place to store my uni stuff until I moved into my new flat. The manager Rain was extremely helpful and friendly, and is happy to answer any questions you have. The prices here are great, especially as a student I didn't want to be spending loads of money on storage so this was ideal. The size of the storage for the student offer was plenty enough to fit in my two pull along suitcases and many other bags with space to spare! Would definitely recommend to anyone and would use it again if I ever need storage. Thanks!

This is the best storage I have been to in Preston by far the staff are very welcoming and professional and will go that extra mile to try and help the units are very clean and dry and very well looked after.

I have used the The Storeroom for four years and I have nothing but praise for Raine and Rachel who are really helpful and all the other staff who have worked there over the years. They handle incoming and despatched deliveries for me and take care of my stuff as if it were their own. They even laugh at my bad jokes Excellent service!!

A great facility for short to medium term storage or where regular access is required. Staff are friendly and helpful if needed, but also happy to leave you to come and go, with instant access your unit when you need it. Excellent parking / loading area with a service lift to first floor units.

The Store Room is ace. The staff are well friendly and helpful. It's always clean and i don't get crazy hassle if i'm a couple of days late paying rent. i get a polite reminder via e mail, call or tx. Not some snotty letter informing you due to your breach of contract you will be receiving an administration charge! I guess my only suggestion is your shop should sell gaffa tape! come on, it's z king of tapes and the only one you don't have! That and you could drop the price for long term customers that write you great reviews x haha, but no seriously, you guys are buzzin. keep it up, easy now
