By far the cheapest quote that I received for a large storage container. Everyone that I spoke to was really helpful and when I was ready the set up of the contract was a smooth process. It felt like my hand was held through the whole process. When I did my first drop off at the container, Perri was really good and made sure that she helped me take my belongings to my container ensuring that I knew my way to it and back to the car before leaving me on my own. A really great experience!

Great team to have around. Really friendly and accommodating. Oliver, Perri and Matt who I have met have been really friendly. Initial walk around was done by Matt who was kind enough to show me around and have a viewing of the locker. When I’m on the day of taking over the locker, Perri got my documentation work going with everything done in a smooth manner and before going in Oliver assisted in the best possible way over the phone he even called me back to let me know that I needed to get my insurance along and once there after completing the documentation he assisted me around and gave me a walk through. The only thing is in regards to the 24 access which if you are going after work hours you need to get a code from them much before time and other places actually let you access your space throughout. It can get a bit of a negative there as if you suddenly wish to get something out at around 1900hrs you would not be to do so without the access though it was told it was due to the pandemic. Perhaps could work something that could ease out such a situation, as anyway access is given if you do plan to visit outside working hours. Over all happy with the team and service provided.

Very freindly staff. They had pre-prepared the documents for us for signing, since we were reaching just before the closing time. The process was quick and smooth. The only reason its 4 stars and not 5, is because of the complexity of accessing the storage 24/7, unlike other providers. While its not charged, you need to plan for it, and mail the branch a day in advance so that they can give you a special access code. And then too, the out of hours access is through a separate back door.

We have been renting with these guys for almost an year now and they have been nothing but professional in every single aspect of their business. Although they are a nationwide network their local team provides customer care as if this was a family run business. They are always ready to answer queries and facilitate our business. The building is always stellar clean and tidy and we have seen profrssionals carrying out the necessary site inspections and maintenance making sure all regulations are followed which gives us a nice peace of mind our belongings and equipment are safely stored. Their arrangements for parking and access and their overall responsiveness to any matters makes our life extremely easy and allows us to focus on conducting and growing our business! The best storage and office space in Berkshire!

Amazing place to leave your stuff if youre a student like me. Of course its around 25 quid extra for your taxi to move your items back home but as far as Acess is concerned, the fascility, staff, prices and support is outstanding!

Been renting a unit here for just a few weeks, so far received a 5 star service, im sure Will dreads opening his email inbox and I've emailed muliti times, before and since I took on the unit, I get a reply quickly with the help and answers I need. Unit is clean and easy to access, lots of codes to type in 2/3 times before getting to the uint but its a small price to pay for the added security. So far so good, very good price and helpful friendly team. Would recommend.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Opening hours are somewhat short and do not allow free 24 access. This is kind of limiting for people who have a long way to travel or work far away. Would be better if more access were allowed outside of working hours

I visited the offices they rent at the rear of the building to meet a client. The offices are very well presented, newly constructed to quite a high standard over two floors. Very clean exterior with good parking facility and layout. Excellent.

Reasonably priced storage facility with a range of unit sizes to suit pretty much everyone, friendly staff, and 24 hour access once you've had your induction. You'll need to bring your own padlock for the unit but that's quite standard (and makes sure you're the only person who has access). There was a deal running when we chose Access (50% off the first 8 weeks of storage) which made this even more affordable. The only downside I experienced is that it gets VERY busy during peak times, and the fact that parents dropping their kids off at the local 11+ extracurricular learning program are constantly clogging up the car park on weekends means that you'll struggle to get your van into the bay before people that just arrived cut in line. As a result we ended up unloading a houseload's worth of stuff from the carpark, running back and forth with a trolley in the pouring rain - not ideal.

Very helpful staff, easy to reach location, plenty of parking and not too expensive (by the standards of properly secure self storage facilities). Just remember to bring your own padlock, because theirs aren't cheap (although that's standard for these places).

Had a storage unit for a long time that I've just closed up. Never had any problems, except for one time they accidentally double-billed a month, but they spotted the error before I did and informed and refunded me, so no major issue. Docking a star for one of the lifts being out of order, so had to wait around sometimes. Not something they can do much about, but be careful using satnav if you are using something like a Luton van. A number of routes have restricted heights and widths. [Update: Yup I got done for bailing out into a bus lane due to 6'6" width restrictions on Norcote Road (which I only took to avoid Cow Lane Bridge which has a 10' height restriction). Probably best to call in ahead and ask advice for the best route. Since learnt that Reading is notorious for Bus Lane PCN's.]

Storage unit is as expected but unfortunately the rear units share the carpark with a van hire company and often very little spaces to park. Plus bins are constantly full.
