Brilliant prompt service from the Berkshire Clearance team. Requested a quote and received service the same day. A 5 cubic yard load of domestic waste from our recent house move was removed in less than 10 minutes. A real weight off my mind. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service from start to finish. My wife and I needed an old sofa to be removed quickly. When I called, Shane explained that a text would be sent with a breakdown of the fee and terms and confirmed that the job could be carried out the following day. Shane and his colleague arrived promptly, were very polite and tidy and removed the sofa in less than a minute. All in all, a very impressive service. Invoice sent via email and easy to pay using credit/debit card or bank transfer. Would recommend thoroughly.

Phoned BCS and after providing my phone details they sent a message detailing the services and pricing. It was then simply a case of replying to the message with the requirements (ie book a collection and suggesting a time and date) and address and email details. I then received a prompt response confirming the collection and they then confirmed the final price on arriving at the property. They also provide you with a certificate (which you are legally obliged to keep for 2 years) of disposal, so it's all legit and professional. Highly recommended, they were absolutely brilliant - prompt responses, professional service and pretty reasonable pricing. Really appreciate all their help and excellent service, especially considering it was all done at pretty short notice on my part. Many thanks for all your help!

Wow! If only all companies operate like this. From the initial call for a quote, to a visit shortly after to survey all that needed to be done (clearing out sheds, removing one and a greenhouse too) to completion, everything went exactly to time and like clockwork. Pictures taken by Shane at the start and finish as I couldn't be on site for the clearance itself. Everything is thought of to make it as hassle free as possible to the customer AND of course, you get the all important waste transfer note to show it has all been disposed of legally, a really important factor. I hired Shane and his team to clear out my late mothers house prior putting it on the market. There was quite a bit of stuff left over after the family had taken what they wanted and I was scratching my head over how to get rid of what was left. After a quick Google search I called Shane at BCS. He immediately put my mind at rest, agreeing a time to meet with a view to getting going straight away; if we could agree a price. This achieved and the go-ahead given, I gave them a key and they worked for two full days taking at least five van loads for sorting. The rubbish was disposed of and recycled properly and anything worth re-using was donated to an Alzheimers Society. The house was professionally cleaned and was immaculate once the job was complete. Throughout. what was, a potentially upsetting process Shane and his team were, friendly, ethical and courteous at all times and I have no hesitation in recommending them highly. They took the problem out of my hands and, for that, I am extremely grateful.
