Really impressed with the service end to end. The video call to review the amount of items to move and the continued email response on moving dates and completion. Friendly family business, would highly recommend to anyone. Our move wasn’t simple and involved getting a ferry. The team took this very seriously and kept us updated. If you are looking for removal co. Look no further.

We are so happy that FF Removals was recommended to us. The whole team have been so friendly and professional and have been a pleasure to deal with. On the day of moving out of our house the team arrived nice and early and got on with loading the van to take everything to storage. They were extremely careful with all items and packed everything so nicely into the storage room. Our next move is up North and we'll be using FF Removals again. Incredible experience with FF and the team. The 4 of us (students) had to get all of our stuff in and out of storage and delivered which was very daunting for us, but Ellie was exceptional with the process of explaining it all and guiding us through the whole thing. Move day came and Matt and Jai were the friendliest moving team we could have asked for. No nonsense and had a great laugh during the move. Super helpful, efficient and we were all moved in with time to have a party the same day! Highly recommend for a friendly and efficient team who will make moving much less stressful!

Great bunch of people! I had to urgently arrange a removal after a previously booked one didn't show and Jaison was quick to book me in for the very next day. Scott and Nick showed up early the next morning and were kind, considerate and efficient. Highly recommended.

Best removal company I've ever used! They moved us from Reading to Aberdeen with limited notice and it was such a smooth process I couldn't believe it. They had to take everything up two flights of stairs after driving over 500 miles in the early hours of the morning too but were absolute troopers. Gutted they aren't local to us to use for our next move.

Would highly recommend!! Absolutely fantastic service, the lads were great, did all of the Moving, lifting. They made it very relaxed and stress free for myself and family. We were able to get on with unpacking and cleaning while they moved me in. We were impressed by the service we received from the outset. Our move was far from straightforward, with repeated delays and eventually our purchase falling through completely and our having to find another property. FF removals could not have been more understanding, flexible or helpful. When we eventually moved, the whole team were a delight to work with - professional, friendly and courteous, and worked like trojans to get everything done against a tight timeframe. The one breakage of note was dealt with promptly, fairly and to our full satisfaction. As a former armed force’s family, we have experienced many moves. This was by the far the best team we’ve used.

Highly recommend FF Removals. I used their full packing and disassembly/reassembly service and everything went off without a hitch. It was such a relief at the end of the day to be able to sleep in my fully assembled bed. Somehow Jason and the guys have managed to reassemble my bed in better condition than it was before. Jaison and Jacob were brilliant. Arrived 15 mins early. They were careful, respectful, thoughtful, efficient and calm with all packing and moving of my furniture, particularly fragiles. They made a direct journey to the storage facility and remained focussed and careful until all was unloaded with careful placement into the facility so I could access what I needed as I requested.
