As far as storage goes, this is very good. However they can overcharge you without warning, and getting your money back can be a real pain.

Wonderful service, used since October 2019 and find it very good. Conveniently located near railway station, staff is fantastic, friendly and helpful. The storage is dry, no traces and smells of mould after whole winter. Highly recommended! Also very helpful if you ask any questions or try to get support.

The virtual tour is a wonderful tool as you can 'actually' walk around looking at and into the storage units, the size of each unit is clearly marked in large printed signs and for people like me who have a hard time picturing how large or small a space is without actually seeing it in person, boxes are shown stacked into the space and this gives a much better idea of the actual space you are getting. Brilliant, I loved using it🤗

This is an affordable Self-Storage venue, especially with the £1 Promotion. Access is at all times, which is great for workers as you can come out of hours! Staff are extremely helpful and assist in any way they can - even helping to move your belongings in and out!

Best reading price down to a special one month at £1. Not fully 24hours but not a problem for me as I don't need regular access. You do have to buy a Shurgard lock which was a little annoying at £14.95 but was still cheaper overall.

I've had a unit here for a couple of years and wanted to down-size. Ash, who was managing the desk last weekend was more than helpful. He got me into a smaller unit, right opposite my old one. Within about 30 minutes I had all my stuff moved into a unit costing me less than half.
