G. D.I was concerned that I hadn't had my shredding certificate through after 3 weeks and posted a review here to state my concerns
UPDATE :
Just had a phone call to re-assure me that this will be addressed - so maybe they have not yet collected enough full bags for a shredding run - so fingers crossed all is OK
To be fair they addressed my concerns within an hour - thanks to their manager who phoned me - he was helpful and re-assuring - am sure all will be fine :-)

R.Woodley branch. My main Woodley contact was Matthew, although I did also speak with Dan and Michael on the phone. The guys were very helpful throughout and Matthew in particular continued the trend when I completed the paperwork and had the unit assigned to me. I have used the facility previously and also had a good experience. Would recommend.

C.Very polite and helpful. Dan showed me around and helped me choose the right size for my storage needs. You can reserve a space without a specific start date. Very competitive prices. Just be aware that small spaces go very quickly and are in short supply.

N.From an initial enquiry at Storage King of Woodley to the rental of a storage unit, the staff, Matthew and Dan, were very kind, honest and helpful with their explanations and advice Access to the rented unit is easy and proved to be the perfect answer to our temporary problem of having an excess of furniture. Re-accessing the unit is on a 24 hour, 7 days a week basis. Excellent!

V. C.I used this facility whilst moving house. The prices were competitive with bigger companies but the service is better. The team of guys here have always been friendly and helpful and even dropping by late at night on my own, I have never felt unsafe here. Would strongly recommend.
