From the moment we found Andy (Hampshire Removals) he could not have been more professional. The process to gain a quote was so easy, he was at the end of a phone when ever I needed to ask a question and made us as a family feel like we were in safe hands. When the moving day arrived they were on time and packed up our house with so much care and respect for all of our possessions; they even went the extra mile and helped pack items we were doing ourselves. We had several ‘big name’ removal firms for quotes but found their attitudes somewhat reluctant quoting during Covid, so we decided to give a local independent a try and are SO glad we did. When the person quoting is the person who will do the lifting, their “can-do” attitude is very refreshing. The team worked tirelessly and cheerfully all day and really came through for us.
